I shop here whenever I am camping, its nearby and convenient. All in all, a solid save on foods, albeit a little small. Staff seem to do a great job stocking the shelves well and there is never a wait to pay. Good selection of products and their produce is always fresh.

As a unfrequent shopper of save-on-foods, I find their point system a bit insulting for new shoppers and inconvenient to old customers. Prices seem a bit higher than other grocers as I saw my favorite yogert, astro balkan, on sale" in the store for what I normally pay regular price at other stores. On the plus side their produce is always fresh and looks great. This store in Polson park has decent parking and close to eaterys in the area."

This place is expensive. Sadly they replaced many of their tills with self checkout.The deli has a minimal vegetarian selection.The self checkout can handle cash which is quite advanced.The store has a deli that is about half the size of Safeway's Deli. They sell mojos.The bakery is small but is better than nothing. They also have some sushi.The grocery store is bigger than Buy Low but smaller than Safeway.It is quite clean inside too.Just wish it was a little cheaper.

Store is nice and clean, but you need to watch your pricing as it's one of the most costly grocery stores in town, know your pricing for sure. Staff is friendly, store lines can be l9ng at times as only grocery store this side of the city

Looked all over Vernon for cat litter that isn't like sand, unfortunately at this time I couldn't find natural stuff like wood pellets or wood chip type of stuff. Save on was my last ditch attempt to find a better cat litter and although save on foods didn't have it either there was an alternative with the western foods brand that will have to make do. The majority of the stores in Vernon carries special kitty or something like that, and Walmart was the only place that carries the natural fiber wood pellets or wood chip type cat litter. If in future save on could bring in this type of cat litter, I would most appreciate although the western family scented non-clumping cat litter is economically priced, for what it is.
