Very excellent vision workshop life coached !

During the workshop, one of the quotes that really stuck with me was “How much more can I achieve with my life if I stopped exercising fear and start exercising faith?”. I resonated with that because often times, we allow our fear to limit our capabilities and talents. Without spoiling anything, an exercise that I loved was one that taught the power of focus - where focus goes, energy flows. One that required With Ate Teresa, I was able to redirect my focus in finding clarify with what my dreams and goals are,l. Not only that but I became specific with my goals. My overall experience was great because our session was very personal and Ate Teresa asked interactive questions. I would certainly recommend this to other immigrants and/or people who want to dream again! I love the faith based principles that Ate Teresa included into her session! Praise God. Thank you Ate Teresa for sharpening me with more wisdom and knowledge!

I loved how interactive the session was - it felt like a discussion and I was amazed at how practical it was and being able to naturally apply the principles to my dreams and goals instantly.Overall, the experience was super informative and thrilling. I have always known what my dreams are but it was nice to have someone remind me that my goals are attainable and achievable with faith, determination and hard work, whilst providing realistic steps and direction to help achieve the goals.
