This company is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! My boyfriend ordered a chair 6 months ago and paid over $600 for it because it is a custom chair. He has called them multiple times to find out when it is coming and it’s now 2 months past the expected shipping date and they never answer! This is sickening. They don’t answer the phone to help customers and now my boyfriend is short over $600 and has no chair. Disgusting.

Drove out to see the chairs in Mississauga. I can see the chairs in the unit that the address specifies. But nobody answers the door, and nobody picks up the phone if you call them. Waste of a trip, and doubtful this company is legitimate from reading the reviews.

Ordered a chair on Friday and it was delivered on a Monday. Easy to put together and looks great. Seems to be very well built. Will update in a few months.

The chair itself is fine. But i have major concerns over how long it will last. The seat leather has already started to stretch. The foam under has permanent minor groves in it. Chair made very loud cracking noises going back and fourth till i took it apart and applied oil it it. I've had it for 5 months. Use it everyday for about 8 hours. 150Lbs. I've tried to reach out to cybeart 3 different times but apparently customer service doesn't exist. I already know i'll get told to kick rocks anyhow.

I am hoping to amend this review in the near future but as of now here it is:I bought two cases for my S21 Ultra and where very speedily delivered god knows where.... a photo was taken of the front of mt house from across the street but no delivery was found. The store has been made aware of this and suggested i look around or asked my neighbor the delivery was nit made since there is a motion camera at the front door and no person is seen making any deliveries and besides i work from home and was there all day long. I just came from outside at 11:30pm after looking around but as of now it seems i am out $100.00 probably because a driver delivered to a different address and did not bother to ring, text or call to inform me of said delivery. Needless to say i am not impressed and would hate for this to happen to other peopleUPDATE: after waiting for neighbor to come back from vacation the cases were found and they are awesome and of very good quality, communication was good between seller and myself and feel bad for the initial review but I hope this issue can be addressed and careless delivery drivers can be talked to, because this caused a lot of inconveniences for myself

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give 0 stars if I couldI purchased a VERY expensive chair for my 60 year old father as a Christmas present and it wasn't opened until after the New Year. Unfortunately he is complaining of lower back pain because he isn't used to having direct pressure on his lower back when he sits in his chair.I asked if they could refund the cost of the chair and they declined because it was past the 30-day return policy date.

Great customer service and and best product in market. Highly recommend to go and visit their store in person. Personally speaking, the verity of products cybeart carries is so versatile and unique you won't find anywhere else.

Google vs Cybeart's business hour isn’t match and office is an empty unit.Called the business number on website and no one pick up the phone call at all.

We purchased two gaming chairs and are very pleased. The chairs themselves are great - cool looking and comfortable.Definitely on the firmer end, but that doesn't bother me - I find this more ergonomic. I also think this may be a benefit in the long run, when some 'soft' chairs that end up feeling cheap and unsupportive after a while.The materials seem to be high quality (from the meticulous packaging, to the hardware, to the chair itself).Purchased online from their website and they were ready for pick-up the next day from their location in Mississauga.

Faulty product and even worse customer service. Purchased a chair in Aug 2022 and by October the chair was lowering intermittently while sitting on it. After a replacement part was sent and installed the issue started again. Essentially, customer service needs video evidence of the issue which can be hard with it happening intermittently. Apparently they get many false claims. I wonder is it false claims or faulty product. Either way very unimpressed.
