I employed Mr. Costante’s firm to analyze an employment agreement for a new job. Mr. Costante explained, in clear words, the details of my employment agreement, and pointed out all legal issues with the agreement. Due to this knowledge, I was able to negotiate and rework the employment agreement to make it more favorable to my situation. I would not enter into an employment agreement again without the help of Mr. Costante.

I didn't find this lawyer helpful at all. Here I got terminated from my job because the insurance company thought I was a risk. With reasons written down. The first reason they listed was out dated, from their scope of 3 years, set forth from the insurance company. The last reason was a ticket I had received but can't pay because it isn't in the system. So if I can't pay it how does it affect my insurance, because it is non existent at this point. He went on to tell me all about wrongful dismissal how there is 2 types and all the while it sounded like he didn't want to do any thing. Save your money go talk to someone who actually reads the info given to them and can connect the simple dots set out before them.

Over the phone I gave a brief description of my problem that I had with my employer. I made a point to tell them who my employer was and that we were unionized because I'd ready talked to 4 other lawyers who couldn't help me for those reasons. He said come in so we can talk. I paid $170. He heard a more thorough explanation of what I briefly described over the phone.After the hour, he told me that he can't help me because my employer was unionized and that I needed to go to the local which was the whole problem. The local told me that the company said something different from what I said and so they couldn't help me.Point being, this lawyer told me they could help me to get me into the office to pay $170 for something they'd already known they can't help me for. I should have said something about it then but I didn't really think about what was happening to me until later.
