The best watch repair in Montreal , i have various watch going from 1950 Rolex to Jean D'Eve, they keep maintaining them in perfect working order , exceptional craftmanship. the look and the smell of this kind of repair shop is very normal , birks or Gambard will give you a nice showroon and smell with a nice invoice

Ne vous attendez pas à un super service (parle à peine français), à une propreté des lieux ou à une facilité d'accès (6e étage, signature requise pour accès à l'immeuble). Par contre, la réparation a été faite rapidement et pour pas cher du tout!

Had my Omega Seamaster cleaned and adjusted by On Ga Watch. He did a great job, very reasonable. I left my wife’s watch with him for some minor work.

Le propriétaire a probablement beaucoup d'expérience mais son atelier est sale et bordélique. Les prix sont ridiculement bas mais j'ai eu un très mauvais service. J'ai laissé une montre des années 70 pour une restauration complète. Malheureusement ça aurait pu être beaucoup mieux fait. Je suis retourné chercher ma montre après 5 semaines et 4 heures plus tard, elle ne fonctionnait plus. Je l'ai retourné puis repris 3 semaines plus tard. Après 24h je constate qu'elle retarde de 5 minutes. Je l'ai ramené puis elle a été ajustée mais retarde encore. J'ai été voir un autre horloger qui me l'a enfin ajusté correctement. Bref, je suis déçu et je n'y retournerai pas.

Atelier très sale et mal odorant. Date de remise non respectée. Reste à voir si le pendule tiens l’heure et ne retarde pas. Argent comptant seulement. Pas heure d’ouverture. J’ai dû revenir à deux reprises et mettre du parcomètre. Assurez-vous de prendre RDV avec la personne.

I first started going to this watchmaker when Onnick the father was still around and had done good work on my watches. But, now that he's no longer here, the son Garbis runs the shop. Nice man , but I am very disappointed in the results I got. I asked for a cleaning and polish. Got it back clean. Paid for it. Next day the watch stopped running and I gave the watch a little shake and heard a piece loose. Went back and he told me because the watch is old. Few days later , it was fixed and running and called me to pickup the watch. I went and paid for the work. Next day.... the watch was 2 minutes behind and i unwinded the dial to adjust the time.... the dial wouldn't screw back. WENT BACK AGAIN, and he opens it up and said you need a new part from the dealer and let them fix it, I can't do anyting. Basically I do not suggest repairing your watch there. At least not expensive watches. Maybe just for polish, no cleaning inside or repair. Or change batteries in quartz watches is okay as well. Hurts to say it , but the work is not like what the father's was. Now I'm gonna have to pay again and probably much more at the authorized dealer. Long story short, went for a polish and clean and ended up having two parts issues. I had some doubts too after reading the last review. Saddens me. First came here in 1996 :(

The guy charges me 170$ to repair my omega constellation vs swatch group in front of the ogilvy on ste cathrine street started at 825 $ to then told me the *cadran* was broken and it was not a final price they told me at first wanting 1500$ to do the same thing on ga did for 170$ , that’s without talking about it took 3 months having back my watch from swatch group on ga order the parts and did the repair I’m a week. Since that he repair and do the cleaning on my watch when he cleaned my Hamilton I have to force him to take a 20$ he always wanna work for free so a big 5 because there is no 6 Raphael Trottier
