Bouclair

I really like the products in this store. They always seem to have things in my aesthetic.But we went in there today and in the middle of the largest surge in COVID cases we've seen yet they had an unmasked employee working as the greeter at the front door. Really? Was that the best move?

Ordered some faux wood blinds, we provided the measurements and they cut them to size. We received an email notification the next day that they were ready for pick up. Quick , accurate, and pleasant staff. They were easy to install and look terrific!!

Really poor customer service. The employees feel like they're a high school clique and treat you like an inconvenience. Just really quite rude.

I was super disappointed by my experience shopping here. I had a ridiculous 3.5 week wait time for a pick-up order...not even delivery! I had long wait times and repeated reach-outs to hear back from customer service. I was promised a 10% refund that I never got. When in store for the pick-up I also had poor and unfriendly customer service, they had issues finding my order, I had issues being able to find staff/ get their attention to help me or talk to, etc. I won't be shopping with Bouclair again in the future.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had at a store. We bought blinds here and they messed up twice on the cut and the second time we came back in they just kept going on and on about these are new blinds so they cut differently, they literally argued with us for 20 mins about new blinds and old blinds in stock and how the cut is right, even though when she measured it in front of us it was wrong. They finally cut them after I said why are you still talking about old & new blind stock! Absolutely ridiculous, I have bought many blinds from home depot and never had any issues before! Never shopping at this store again!

Beverly was a fabulous worker. Great customer service and actually had a conversation with us. I went back the next day too pick up my blinds and continued to buy some more products. She was a affirmative 20 out if 10. Please tell her thank you. It was the best service we’ve had for a long time.

Melanie in the store was a gem to deal with but the products are just super poor quality at times. The rattan coffee table continuously chips. Yea its fragile but it barely lasted a year. I have to colour in the chipped rattan pieces regularly and I’ve had enough. Bouclair has beautiful pieces but poor quality at times.I contacted customer support and was told nothing could be done because it was just over a year. I really enjoy this store but might have to hold off for a bit.

Bought curtains 5 panels from South Edmonton Common store, It was a very bad experience in terms of customer services...the shift Manager (Nov 21st Monday time 1730 hours) was rude and dealt sales process unprofessionally without understanding the situation from coupon discount perspective. I repeatedly asked the lady let it go do not honor 20% on final sales (which originally we got in previous sales 2 days back from one of the Manager) but she kept arguing for nothing, making us felt like cheap customers begging for 20% off.I highly recommend and request the higher up's to at least well trained your staff specially Managers to understand the true meaning of customer services and how to de-escalate/ handle these situations when it comes to the integrity of such a good brand Bouclair" ."

Bought 12 curtains and unfortunately the appearance after we hung them didn’t look of great quality so we wanted to return only 2 days after purchasing. It was recycle day and we discarded the plastic package they came in but maintained the receipt and Bouclair curtains are only sold at Bouclair (it’s their brand)… of course they didn’t accept the return as “they can’t resell them without the plastic bag”. So spent $800 for cheap-looking curtains. The man on the phone said there’s nothing that can be done even though receipt was kept and curtains were in impeccable condition as only 2 days old lol. Many other stores accept returns, go to another store.
