Eric did some work at my home today. Very professional and efficient. Some people complain about the cost of a plumber (or other services). The alternative is to do it yourself. I’m good at a few things, but plumbing isn’t one of them.

Our shower started to leak from our bathroom upstairs. Water pouring down like rain. We contacted Hy-Pro and Masharo Campbell arrived promptly. He did a fantastic job of repairing our shower drain. I would recommend him and Hy-Pro to anyone.

Good work but very expensive. They take advantage of the urgency and quote a ridiculous amount. And ofcorse, they will recommend" 4 other things that need to be fixed but not really need to be fixed. While I am grateful for the "free" quote...I know they included the cost in the overall quote....who charges $500 to change a half foot pipe that too them less than half hr to fix?"

My backyard tap was spraying from a leak in the faucet. I called and the next day Masharo Campbell came right on time and fixed it. He was professional, friendly and very thorough. I will definitely call again should I need any further work done.

Booked over a week in advance. I had to call the day off to confirm that they were coming. I was first told they would be here 12-3pm. I had other contractors here doing work. We needed some plumbing work done to shut off water in our kitchen to complete the kitchen removal. No one showed up during the allotted time. I got a call later saying they were dealing with an issue and someone would be here by 6pm. Then I get a call at 5pm asking to reschedule to Monday. So I paid a contractor to wait around for someone who is not reliable. I ended up booking a different plumbing service. What an awful way to treat your customers.

Gordon was prompt and knowledgeable when it came to fixing our tub spout. He was able to correct the problem quickly and we've been happy with it since - no more leaking and good temperature control! 3 months later and still working great!

Wonderful experience during such a bad day. From the lovely call center lady dealing with my impatience and panic, to Logan the saviour fixing my issue. He was so polite, friendly, professional and explained and fixed the problem very quickly. A fantastic service. I highly recommend especially when your basement backs up and you have no idea what to do lol thank you all

We had an emergency main drain backup which we noticed at 8:30 PM. Called Hy Pro who had a technician at our home within the hour. Sheldon Esperance was thorough, polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the job and will recommend Hy Pro and Sheldon to anyone needing their services.
