We have always had great service from Murray and his team. We had to have a new Central Air system put in last year & then this past Christmas our furnace quit on us and within a couple hours they were there to get us back up & running again. Reliable, good folks and know their stuff.

Unhelpful. Rude. Incompetent. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Friendly service and good price on A/C unit but they didn't really honor the parts warranty when we had problems after 3 years.

Best HVAC contractor around, I used them on multiple projects and I have nothing but positive things to say. On time, on budget and always going the extra mile.

My furnace stopped working last winter and they worked really hard to fix it and find the right part. Heat was back on within a few hours. Lovely people who are easy to work with. The young lady is a delight.

We bought a pump from a retail store in Kitchener and it wasn't working. We tried to tell the store it was faulty, they wouldn't believe us or send someone or anything. We were super frustrated, I called Murray Young, the lady on the phone could hear my frustration and said she was in my area and would pop over to help us out. No pool companies even called me back (still, two days later) and she appeared within 20 minutes to trouble shoot with my husband. (she confirmed it was a faulty pump we bought). Thank you!!

We recently had a problem with our furnace which forced us to shut down the unit. Given it was winter we couldn't go long without heat. Complicating the matter was that we were due to leave town on a pre-planned trip in 36 hours.I called Murray Young Enterprises (at 10:30 am) as they were a dealer for our brand of furnace and there was time remaining on the parts warranty. I explained to Murray how we were at risk of cancelling our trip if we couldn't get the repairs completed that day. Murray told me he was at a job site but that he would drop everything to help us out. He and his assistant showed up at our house 45 minutes later, determined we needed a new motor, drove to from Guelph to Waterloo to obtain the motor and had it installed by 2:30 pm. Amazing!! Thanks to Murray our house had heat again and we were able to go on our trip the next day.We were very impressed with Murray's quick and friendly response to our urgent request for help. Should we need HVAC services in the future we will not hesitate to contact Murray Young Enterprises.
