Ricardo was pleasant and well mannered and was thorough. He discovered the outside heat pump was incredible dirty and perhaps contributed to our compressor going out last summer. Glad we are on a maintenance schedule and have twice a year checkups Thank you Ricardo!!

Had blower added to our Heat & Glo fireplace. Ron was very professional and explained everything that was needed to complete the job. He accomplished everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Ron and his company at this time.

The beginning of summer is a really bad time to lose your AC in Chelan. Unfortunately that’s was what happened. I called multiple HVAC a folks about fixing the problem. Everyone is so busy now that I was given option that were 2-3 weeks out. Lakeside offered me an after hours option if I’d accept an overtime labor rate. That was an easy decision to make. Given a time slot from 7:00 - 9:00 pm time slot. At 7:30 Ricardo came to the rescue. Did I mention the was a Friday night!Ricardo was friendly and professionally as he worked until nearly 10:00 pm to get us up and running, which he did. That’s very responsive in a big way. Thank you Ricardo. I put your cell number in my phone. Any problems in the future, I’ll call you instead.

Our AC Emergency was fixed after hours by the one and only Ron who saved the day before our weekend party. We appreciate Ron and the Lakeside team for saving the day! Everyone we have dealt with at Lakeside has been very helpful and friendly. Heather, Ricardo and Ron have been great and have our return business.

We were not able to adjust our thermostat so I called to request someone to stop by and see why. Quinn came in a very timely fashion and replaced our thermostat He was very professional and he definitely was very respectful. Our furnace was put in by lakeside. We have been pleased with our system. Thanks again Quinn for replacing our thermostat.

Our AC stopped working last week so I started calling around to find someone to come out to fix it. One company was 2 weeks out and another was 10 days out. Too long to wait with no AC during summer in Chelan!!! So, I tried Lakeside and they were able to send a technician out in just two days!! The technician very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Plus, Lakeside offers an after-hours/emergency service which the other companies didn't offer. So, I highly recommend Lakeside for all your heating and cooling needs!!

My thermostat was not working and it was a busy weekend where I had an emergency. They accommodated me and then came out on time and solved my problem. They were courteous in the office and so was the tech
