Great experience for a first time customer, we went on an amazing 3 family road trip and it turn out to be an amazing experience! Generally the units were ok clean , though I clean anything I rent regardless before and after use. We requested the newest fleet with leather seats and wasn't a problem for them. Upon pick up I switched mine due to tread wear and wasn't a problem for them either. One thing to note is the back up sensors should be checked and replaced if needed . Overall, I would recommend and look forward to this summer for a second trip!Thanks!

Arrived to pick up our RV, & a lady gave some food left over from their trip which was a good start, there is a table in reception for things people don't want & to pass on to other travellers. Staff seemed a little rude. Went off in our RV & had a great holiday other than the hot water system didn't work & the water pressure was very weak. We complained when we got back & they gave us a little refund which we were happy about.

This was a terrible experience. The vehicle we were given smelled like sewage throughout our vacation. It was horrible. When we were first given this vehicle we told staff it smelled terrible. The smell was overwhelming and there is no way they did not smell it. However, I had to mention it for them to acknowledge it. They indicated the previous renters had left food in the refrigerator and the staff used an industrial strength cleaning agent to reclean the vehicle. It smelled better but only a couple hours later the smell came back. It became apparent that there was something wrong with the grey water tank as the smell was coming out of the kitchen sink. It was nauseating. When we brought the vehicle back and informed the staff they didn’t even apologize. They simply charged us for 100 extra km. I would advise to rent from anywhere but here. The Candadream RVs we saw look way more maintained. So disappointing.

The rv was new, only 13,000 km, the pick up went fast on sunday, didnt have any problems while driving, we went from Calgary to Banff and Jasper, the return was smooth and fast, would definitely recomend.

Great way to adventure around. Not overly expensive but great way to get around

We had the most amazing time and experience travelling through both Jasper and Banff National Park! The prices are competitive and extremely reasonable and offer much more value than having to rent a car and also book pricey accommodation with the headache of packing/unpacking everyday. It was quite simple and did not take us long to figure out how to operated all of the functions of the RV. Pick-up and drop-off was painless and efficient.We did have trouble with our shower and called for help which was not very helpful, and we ended up having to figure it out ourselves - that was really the only negative of our experience. That and our table did not work very well, but the company ended up crediting us when we returned the vehicle and mentioned this.10/10 would recommend for your next adventure!

Easy check in and pickup. Instructions on use were easy, especially as I had already watched the videos prior to arrival. Would have liked to have more than 1/4 tank of gas when picked up but gas station across the street and didn't have to return full. All else was full and good to go.
