They are the worst people working on this facility. I've been there for a paper endorsement" which will suppose to take no more than 20min MAX with whatever pen to ink with. However they make me wait more than 3hs with my kids. Then an agent told me to get out and wait some place else rather than being inside because they can't be "disturbed" for what? For heating up a chair and googling whatever else? The first time i was there
