Place is like something out of trailer park boys but more abandoned units, and dogs running around.... Oh and lot fees are as much as the city

Well it works for my cuz while he saves cash. His trailer is nice, the neighbor is a cool older fella. Close to stores. Place looks a little divey but I liked were my cuz is situated...hes back at the back and not a lot around him.

Recently sold, renamed Westview Estates also under new ownership with a new well a couple years ago has not fixed anything.Water is not safe to drink or bathe in - high chemicals in it to hide the feces colour.
