Once Upon A Child Milton

I have purchased a number of items from this location. I have always been satisfied with the quality of items and appreciate that they only purchase clothing items that are in very good to excellent shape without stains or wear and tear. I find the store clean and well organized. I like how the staff let customers browse and provide assistance when asked, but are not hovering.

Prices are great every once upon a child that you go to has different prices. Which is understandable cause it's. All different? Owners.

Wish I had known of this place sooner! I would’ve never bought any new clothes at all when I was having my baby. I shop here all the time and I love the toys and clothes especially peppa pig tots. The staff is super friendly and always courteous and helpful

Staff have no customer service skills- I walked in with my items to sell and they were not welcoming at all just said “put it down here” and collected my number to text me a form to fill out. I wasn’t given the chance to say anything about my products, ex: some things were brand new never used once which I could have pointed out, or I wanted to note that some clothes that were a set together. They didn’t explain what the process would be either they just took it from me and walked away.You get a link on your phone showing the status of your items dropped off. It remained as “processing” for 40 min while I paced around the front of the store waiting. I could see the staff all sorting through bins that were not mine and just chatting amongst themselves. Finally I asked how long it usually takes? Should I just go and wait for a phone call?? She goes to the computer and says “oh it’s ready” and right then I get a text confirming my buy is ready and saying to go to the cash... It was ready the entire time but I waited around for 40 min because they didn’t say anything or send the confirmation text until I asked. Then she seemed annoyed with me inquiring like I was an inconvenience?Next time I’ll go to a different store to sell my things.

You close at 8pm. Which means if I show up at 7:05pm with a basket of stuff to sell you don't turn me away.

Lots of selection here for different clothing. All staff is always super kind and helpful!! The young lady with dark hair, Gianna was so helpful making sure I was finding everything okay and getting items down from the top shelves for me. Thank you! Even though they are sometimes very busy I find the staff always stay organized and efficient and have great customer service.

Always well stocked and well organized. I am actually surprised at how much stuff I have been able to sell as well. When they have clearance days, especially at the end of a season, you really can't beat the already great prices. We typically find brands we love - Nike, under Armour, GAP, Roots, Crocs - for a fraction of what they would cost even at an outlet.

I highly suggest you change your line when not buying someone’s clothing, I spent 5 days washing, folding/laying flatt a large box of clothing from all 3 of my kids.Ensuring no stains or rips.While my stuff was being viewed they took a handful of items but handed back about 90% of the box and I was told they weren’t taking them due to being dirty/stained or ripped.Way to make a customer to feel gross. My items were in perfect condition and I know this because I drove it down to another location and the remainder of the items were bought minus about 5 items.I ended up posting this as a status and got over 18 people who said you have used the same line when not buying clothes and they were also made to feel like they were dirty people. Just say you’re not buying those items as this time. So much of your store has items ripped or stained or like I pointed out cut off PJ feet from onesies.The manager is insanely rude & this isn’t my first issue with this location, previously denied my son the washroom well after Covid restrictions were over.I hoped I could support local but too many issues with this location with the rudest staff, that was the last straw.

I have been to a lot of OUAC locations, I have travelled to many. Milton is the only one with the best selection, customer service and organization. I travel from Vaughan to Milton, honestly it’s worth the drive. I have bought a lot of toys and such and I keep going back. Thank you to the amazing staff!

This is the best location! Always stocked with the best selection and sizes! Love to drop my items at this location. Most items get bought but the odd time they see a mark I might have missed at home! Staff are so friendly ! Thank you!
