We worked with Jackie to design and select fabric for two sofas. Throughout the process, she was very professional, and responsive to all of our questions. Jackie provided valuable input into the design of our final product and we could not be more pleased with the results. Jackie went the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The sofas are beautiful!!

We moved into our home a few years ago... The house is about thirty years old and needed to be renovated and updated. The kitchen was just done by the previous owners but needed a new backsplash. All three bathrooms, needed to up renovated including the powder room on the main floor and the basement in need of a facelift. We did not know what we wanted. This was overwhelming job for me and my husband being a lawyer, wife, and mother of 3 boys with no time on my hands.We needed a professional to help us out... I immediately thought of Parsons Interiors, because I had met Jackie Connolly through a networking event a few years back and knew that one day once I was ready to do any type of decorating and renovations I would be calling her.After our first consultation meeting, Jackie gave us a lot of advice and was able to walk us through all the steps that will be done. Jackie listened to our needs and wish list and then she was able to take care of all the fine details which saved us a lot of time and money.Once the sourcing and colour charts were done, we were able to go to Tiel Plus together to see all of the samples in person. I was very pleased with the selections that Jackie had but together for all the bathrooms. The prices were more reasonable than other retail stores that I looked at in the past on my own.Once that all the renovations were done, we asked Jackie to come back and help us create our dream master bedroom with new bedding and to do some styling for the entire home.Jackie is an absolute pleasure to work with. The selections and decor she recommended were perfect! She made the entire process very easy and a ton of fun! I used the services of Parsons Interiors when I needed to furnish my newly built front deck/porch and a side deck. I wanted high quality Canadian made outdoor furniture that would last throughout the seasons and needed minimal maintenance.From the consulting process to the completion of the project, I was blown away with the knowledge Jackie had with respect to all things related to bringing to reality what was in my mind. She asked loads of questions, showed me the different samples and most importantly pointed out the hidden negative issues with some of the ideas and colours I had in mind initially. She kept me informed at all times with respect to any delays that was inevitable and the project was finished in time for us to enjoy a few months prior to winter setting in! I trusted her completely and I am so glad I did! We love the end result and it's now it's our favorite place to start the mornings (front deck) and de-destress at the end of each day (side deck).Anyone thinking about changing your living space, I highly recommend Jackie at Parsons Interiors for her expertise and extensive experience. It may save you from naking some costly mistakes and ensure you end up your dream space on time and on budget!

Jackie is so talented at colour and design. She helped me choose the most perfect fabric for reupholstering my chairs. They look amazing. She was always very responsive to any question and got my project completed so quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service from Parson's Interiors!

Please think twice before doing any business with Parsons Interior. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, they turn around to find ways to blame the customer and they do not give you proper advise. I was told by an expert at Blinds to Go those blackouts are not achievable with draperies, achievable only by blinds, by this time was too late cancel order at Parsons Interior. Jackie knew I was looking total blackouts for my bedroom and what I got from them was nothing close to blackouts. When I contacted Jackie at Parsons, I made her aware of the issue and she responded by saying “The lining is blackout this is what we gave you”! Also, she does NOT provide a detailed quote, which I had to fight to get, I was not willing to go ahead just with a simple total amount for the package without a breakdown on what I was purchasing, at the end she gave me so many quotes that was confusion and mistakes (she would copy and paste) On the final quote she included the lights installation was free and she blamed me for not noticing her error, at the end I paid the electrician! She even blamed me for all quotes revisions she was doing, I told her you keep making mistakes! I had to show her how to make a simple quote. She even mentioned I was the only one since 2005 asking for a detailed quote. She tries in every to blame the customer. Word of advice, be careful on the contractor she recommend, it is too much to write !

Last year we decided we finally needed to do some upgrades to our home. We initially were looking to put hardwood floor throughout the house. We reached out to Jackie to take a look at the house and make additional recommendations. As a result we did a total house renovation and it looks amazing. Jackie worked with us on the design for upgrades, and proposed new furniture. She has an incredible eye for colour and style! The furniture she recommended and the colour themes made the house come alive. We were fortunate to be able to use Jackie’s contractor recommendations to manage the construction. Jackie and her team are professional and had our best interest in mind throughout. We could not have done this ourselves. We are not experienced in home renovation and Jackie always steered us the right way….. and we love our “new” home! ~ Kathy & Claire

It was very enjoyable working with Jackie for the remodelling my home office. Her colour selection was excellent, and the custom furniture is of extremely high quality. She kept us updated and was actually present for the delivery and supervised to ensure that all items were satisfactory. She also remained until all furniture was set in place and assembled (where required). When I needed some advice about one of the hinges a couple weeks later, she and her husband came by and solved the problem in a few minutes. That's service! Thanks Jackie.

Jackie is a wonderful designer to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional and comes highly recommended.She is honest and works with your budget and has wonderful suggestions.We decided to redo both of our kids' rooms. She helped with picking paint colours, furniture, accessories, lighting, and helped put the vision together. Both rooms turned out fantastic and professional, just the way we envisioned them. We will continue working with Jackie and would highly recommend her to anyone that needs an extraordinary designer!

We had moved our Bowen Therapy clinic back in 2015 where Parsons Interiors had designed our office, selected furniture and also picked a colour scheme and paint colours. Over the years we received a lot of compliments from our patients regarding the layout and the relaxing atmosphere of the colours and design. We decided to freshen up the paint colours recently and reached out to Parsons Interiors asking Jackie Connolly if she recalls the colours that were used and within minutes she sent us the colour chart that was used years ago. Hi Jackie,Now that everything is finished, we wanted to tell you again how thrilled we are with our living room/dining room makeover!The transformation is incredible and we could never have done it without your guidance and advice.
