Great place for getting quality stuff and excellent customer service.

We were looking for a company who could upholster an arm chair we have had for a few years. We came upon Broadway Custom Upholstery as we drove through Welland. Lucky for us, this husband and wife team work together, they were friendly and kept to their schedule. Our chair was picked up on time, and delivered as promised. They did an excellent job. And the price was also very good. We have had a lot of compliments on the chair, so much so that we are having the rest of our living room furniture reupholstered. Mr. Kam came personally to our place, and recommended what needed to be done. In addition, they do not pressure you to purchase the material from their shop. In fact, Kam gives the pros and cons of material to be used and the quality which is acceptable. He asks us to bring in a sample before purchasing the material so he can verify if it is of good quality and will withstand the wear and tear. We wish them both success. Delightful experience with Kam & his wife. The work was professional, quality materials, upholstery on 2 armchairs and a sectional. Lasted well these past 8 years. Great value. Will go back this Spring to update our upholstery with a new look.

we visited this store to inquire about the upholstery job for our 2 recliners.When we ask about fabrics and prices, the guy in the store( the owner) kept changing the prices and he was very inpatient and was not happy to answer our questions. Then he became very rude and said that he didn't have time for us. Very strange behavior, we never experienced anything like it....ever. I got feeling it was most likely racially motivated. I am giving i star, but if it was possible there would be no star!

Very professional and the work done to replace our outdoor patio furniture cushions was excellent, They were ready to pick up sooner than expected. You definitely get your money's worth. Highly Recommend

I was a little sceptical about replacing the foam in my cushions. However, I am very happy that I did. The replacement foam is sturdy and the couch feels like brand new. No more sag and now there is full support. And the workmanship was of high quality, ie: the cushions look brand new. I would recommend this business highly, based on my experience. (Also, very happy that they completed the job when they said they would!)

We had a couch and 2 winged back chairs re-upholstered and we are so very pleased. Lou cares about his work and it certainly shows. They (Lou and Melanie) have made some recommendations that we never would have thought of and the outcome was amazing. Worst service ever and terrible job, overcharged me, $160 for two seat covers and the job was terrible, I couldn’t in good conscience charge back to my client. I had asked for the seat covers to be “beefed up” for more height, they came back the exact same, all wrinkly around the edges, and underside was a mess. Plus he was a week later than he promised. Do yourself a favour don’t go to this guy, his craftsmanship is awful and he can’t deliver. Unfortunately upholstery is a dying trade.

The owner Kim was super helpful! I needed foam for my dining chairs. She cut the foam for me for each dining chair. Better than Amazon by far! I also got some beautiful upholstery which I wasn't intending on buying because the prices are so great.
