Didnt even get a hello from any employee. When i tired to exchange somthing i bought from vaughanmills location, i was told Because i bought it from different location i couldn't exchange at this location. Wanted to bring in item back but buy more for my daughter , they lost out on $200 or more transaction. I got more service at vaughanmills location. Do not recommend this location.

Lots of good deals and great prices. The staff were awesome and made sure you were shown all those good deals

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I went there today (June 16, 2022, around 8-8:30pm) with my friends for shopping, and the staff lady was terrible, she was so rude, she didn’t even know how to talk respectfully to customers. She was just following us, staring at us, rolling her eyes, she was racist!! She didn’t know how to talk in a respectful manner! The way she was behaving and talking, being a worker at a retail store, where good customer service and etiquette is required and expected, she does not even deserve to be there, she needs to be fired!!! I have been to other stores of Bluenotes and had a great experience, but after this, I don’t think I will ever visit Bluenotes again. We were so upset that we didn’t even buy anything, her behaviour was just intolerable. Please have a proper assessment of your employees and provide a better training so that at least they know how to behave and be respectful towards everyone.

Could you imagine walking into a store smiling at the person who is working and she completely ignores you??? That's what happened to me just now. So I turned around and walked out. Have a bunch of summer clothes I need to buy but I'll buy them somewhere else. Customer service must be zero these days it must not be important

Clean well stocked. Very friendly staff. Always something fabulous on sale. I mean exceptional deals....Just try everything on. Sizes vary and they do not offer refunds...

Manager of this location is amazing! So nice and helpful. However some of the younger staff are rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I have come in several times with no acknowledgement or greeting. Younger employees are too busy talking and gossiping amongst themselves to help customers. One young girl who works there was very rude to other customers - I felt so bad for them as she was rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks, and being so rude and short with them. I don't come in here unless the Manager is working because that seems to be the only time I have received the same quality of service. I understand that high-school students are learning and are young, however working in retail is CUSTOMER SERVICE and all employees should be held to the same standard regardless of age or experience and maybe more training is required.

Worst shopping experience! Very disappointed with manager following my daughter everywhere she went in the store! Like she doesn't have bag, doesn't carry a purse! FYI, you ruined are shopping day!!!!

Really bad customer service. Employees didn’t even greet customers as they came into the store or acknowledge my existence. Definitely needs better staff

What an absolute disaster of a store with zero assistance from staff. I guess talking about the guys that come into the store to visit is more important than assisting customers. I worked for this company over 20yrs ago and wow has quality of service and care ever gone down hill

Had an encounter with a tire personnel. Customer service is extremely lacking in courtesy and honesty. Misinformed customer about promotions. Avoid going to this store at all costs as they will overcharge you.
