I ordered something in, was told it would be coming within a week or two. Followed up 1st week, they said sorry try next week. Followed up second week, I got some guy who could barely conceal his contempt that I dared to inquire about my order. (Why are you in customer service?) Third week, no answer. It’s been a month, I haven’t heard anything - pretty much given up. Service from BellMTS is ok normally, this location is absolutely special.

Do NOT trust Pulkit. He completely ignored my concerns just to get a sale, landing me with a $500 cancellation fee after he cancelled the wrong line on my old plan, completely screwing up my mom's insurance on her phone as he cancelled her plan instead of mine. Great job bud. I hope you really enjoyed that commission.

Went during the usually not very busy" time frame. Slowest service EVER!!! Who manages this place? If you average 25 minutes or more per customer and have 10 people patiently waiting with only 2 staff on duty this makes for ridiculously long time waits! Absolutely brutal. Management clearly didn't get their job based on their mathmetical skills. Thanks again MTS for reminding me what a fool I was for signing up with your program. About as helpful as your lousy automated services."

Sadly, the manager might be amongst the worst retail managers I have yet to encounter. Totally disinterested, wouldn't even make eye contact when I entered the store and said hello. He called for a newbie employee and otherwise ignored me. When I had questions that the newer fellow couldn't answer, he just ignored the situation and sat behind his desk. Keep in mind- NO other customers in the store. Having said that, the newbie (I think Alex?) was kind, just not super knowledgeable. Training and product(including plan) knowledge is all on the manager. Who frankly, could have easily not been present and it probably would have been a better encounter, at least then, I could understand not having someone more senior with answers.Unacceptable service, Bell. Performance management? New manager? Something needs to be addressed at this store.

Not this place particularly but can't get any headway with anyone works for themServices were promised and not delivered. Locked out of account because they put the wrong email on it and refuse to acknowledge their error, but expect bill payment even tho the account cannot be accessed and both online and phone support refuse to help saying go talk to the otherWish I could give -5 stars

What are incredible experience at the Grant Park bell mobility centre purchase a new package for my son. The representative Alexander was efficient and answered all questions. Professionally most importantly, he offered a lot of suggestions on how to save on monthly packages and gave us a wonderful option. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a cell phone package to go to the centre and ask for Alexander. He’s a wonderful representative with great customer service skills and always willing to help out.

Always under staffed. Always wait an hour in line because only one person is working. Won’t accept bill payments and one of the employees doesn’t know his facts and sold me the wrong roaming package costing me 500 dollars in roaming costs.
