Got a letter from these guys saying I owe money. The original company said I never owed money before as I made under a certain amount. Also, the letter didn't have an actual name on the envelope.I would say that's against Canada Post regulations to not have the company's name and address on the envelope. If I tried that the letter would just be returned to me.

Stupid collection agency,fat lady on the phone laughs like a witch. People are rude and will do anything to get under your skin. I thinks this counts as harassment. Not gonna get intimidated into paying bills I'm fighting for in court.The fat lady can sing all she wants,not getting a penny out of me!!!!!

The guy said he spoke french, but then doesn't understand a word. I had to switch in english. Then, I was supposed to have news in 48hours. A week later, I called back and still nothing have been done.

Pretty sure this is a scam company. Insanely rude people that work there. They make fun of you while trying to scam money out of you. It's like theyre deliberately trying to make every person they interact with feel like killing themselves. No joke this company seriously needs to be reported on. How is what they do even legal or getting them money makes no sense.

This company has made a fraudulent clamp on my account, had to contact police and file 5 reports with different agencies. stay away and if they email you or call, make sure you double check if they are not trying to screw you, if they are contact local Police ASAP

There has got to be a better system than calling the same number over and over and over again, people obviously can get away with racking up debt because I've told countless people I am not the person they are looking for and sure enough a month later I get yet another call.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rude, very rude receptionist, have been trying to prove a bill has been paid for over 8 months now. They have no skills, professional or personal. No one seems to have a clue what they are doing.

They have called me 5 Times in the last hour. they leave it on long enough to go to voice mail and take up space but leave no message. I am sure non of us could possibly be to busy at the moment to take your call. Blocking the number, no plans to answer. I only clicked on one star because i needed to in order to post. They should give us the option to post negative stars. Id give a minus 5 star rating
