The worst service I've ever been subject to. We sat down (party of 2) and waited a half hour before anyone came to see us. It took another hour for us to be served any food, which only happened after inquiring with the waitress as to the status of our order. The waitress, a blonde woman wearing glasses, evidently did not take well to our innocent inquiry as she began slamming every single dish on the table. As for the food, subpar at best and definitely not worth the cost. The lobster cassoulet had a minuscule half lobster tail and was over salted, the cod was also small despite being priced at $30, and the croutons on the Caesar were clearly store bought and unseasoned. We will not be returning.

Overall great food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Table was next to the barn door near the front door and it was freezing!!

Fantastic experience!We were a party of 6, reserved for 7PM. Restaurant was packed, but throughout the night we never missed anything. Service was impeccable.We tried almost every item of the menu and shared, with the exception of gnocchis that we ordered twice because of how great they were! Everything was so good, from the lamb, to the feta and olive plate, to the Caesar salad, to the blueberry cheesecake, it was quite an experience!This unique place is well worth the price and detour! Fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

We did a date night here and had a wonderful time.Started with charcuterie, which was very unique and a perfect way to start the evening.Followed with the calamari, the steak and the pork belly caeser salad.All where great, the calamari was different than I'm used to but was still very good.Bring your own wine, less that $200 for 2.Good eats off island are hard to come by, but certainly found here.Will be back.

Would give my experience more a minus 5 than a one star if it were possible! First time at this restaurant last night Saturday and it qualifies as one of the most worst experience for me in a dining place. Service is very lousy-goosey and absent in providing the most minimal of attention that most restaurants provide, starting with a wait of over 10 minutes on arrival to even be acknowledged by someone at the entrance to confirm our reservation and to access our table. The service or rather the lack of attentive service continues from this point on. Took a while for our server to show, while a bottle of water shows that we had to pour on our own. Its great that we get to bring our own wine, but take note that the deal is that you get to pour it yourself during the complete meal!!! The menu and the presentations shown online are nothing like the disappointing reality of what it really is. A bunch of disappointing and varied unconnected" tapas make up the whole offering

We have been meaning to visit Main Kitchen for some time but were never able to go...but good things come to those who wait. We were not disappointed by the array of tapas style dishes that came forth...zucchini blossoms (delicious), baked jerk black cod (tasty), Moroccan short rib (excellent) and from the blackboard menu...Creole prawns (great)...with meringue pie and cinnamon bunuelos for dessert (both very good).The atmosphere is apropos for the town...chill, relax and welcoming with a good toe tapping music play list on the background (but the volume was not overwhelming).Service was on point and attentive. All in all highly recommended and worth the drive if you are coming from Montreal.
