5 minutes from Gateway SkyTrain. Minutes walk to awesome pizza, donair and assorted restaurants. $1100/ month for a 1 bedroom. 5 minute drive to Central city mall or Guildford

It is a place for the residents to go to work out, hang out and entertain. It is relatively clean, the small room has a half fridge three couches and a table. It is well lit and cozy. The bigger room has full amenities, though I have not used it, it looks cozy
