Very friendly staff, especially c/t the other locations that I frequent. Price point at this location is better. Availability and variety of products are better at this location as well.

The worst hair extensions ever. My hairstylist ordered beaded weft and it is unusable. The hair gets tangled immediately after I brush it, the quality is horrendous. It feels like a horse tail. I’ve only had it in my hair for 2 weeks and already getting it removed. It feels good out of the package but don’t be fooled by that. The second you wash it, it becomes unusable. 0/10

Lived in the area for 5 years and I’m disappointed to report that the service has gotten so bad. Not with the staff, with the people that run the store, specifically that older man. I’ve started going across the street again and I don’t regret it.

The sale was great... but one of the kits' lace was tracks instead of just a normal lace enclosure!!Couldn't go back... as we live up North!! Smdfh!!

I won't be coming back to this location again. Staff on the floor are great but those behind the counter are not helpful and they want to charge full price for used items.
