The home we recently moved into was built in 2016 and had Reynaers aluminum windows and doors installed by AMG.The installation and quality of the product are outstanding but unfortunately, because of rough use by previous residents of the home, some repairs were needed.AMG was quick to respond and show up so we could enjoy our home with everything functioning the way it should.They also offered to connect us with other professionals to get additional out of scope work done.We found it very reassuring that AMG takes such good care of their clients over the long term and would highly recommend them for that reason.

I honestly can't help but speak highly of Atlas Meridian Glasswork. They are constantly working to ensure the best possible experience for their customers, and it goes well beyond just delivering windows. They do things right, they do their homework, they are innovative in their approach and should be the go to for unique and high-end construction. Their portfolio speaks for itself- simply gorgeous.

Wind literally blows through the Schuco frames due to large gaps, all doors and windows significantly failed draft tests, the finish on all of the frames is oxidizing, frames and glass scratched/damaged from shipping and install, glass is too small for the frames, handles are too small for size of sliding doors, parts missing and parts fall out regularly, glass arrived damaged, seal failure on a large glass panel. Owner Jack de Bucy attempts band-aid repairs and is full of excuses - it has been over a year and half and he has still to resolve ALL of the issues. This was a brand new build on a high end waterfront home. AMG did the worst supply and install of windows and doors imaginable. Very unprofessional and incompetent supplier and installer. DO NOT USE AMG unless you desire to way overpay for windows, enjoy excessive heat loss, want new black frames that look like they have been washed with acid rain, and have hours and hours to try to deal with AMG.

These guys are great. We got off to a slight delay due to issues at the factory but AMG adjusted their schedule to install our Panoramah windows. Great product and super service.

This company should be ashamed of the drivers they hire. Their reckless driving nearly caused an accident, as was previously stated in a separate review a year ago. This indicates the uneducated and irresponsible people they hire. I would not trust their employees to work on your home.

AMG do not pay their suppliers, won't take calls and won't respond to emails. If you're a home owner considering using them, be aware that you may have suppliers turning up at your door to tell you that your warranty is worth less as AMG have not paid for your materials.

Altas Meridian technicians were able to fix an annoying ongoing problem with our sliding glass wall. Atlas did not install the window system but worked with us and our architect to diagnose the issue and find a cost effective and timely solution. Thank you.

This company damages your shipment then does not pay people. Do not do business with this company as they try post bogus insurance claims to make money.
