Gucci Pooch did an excellent job with my pup. Very precision cut, better than I’ve had from other groomers. And I loved that you could see the grooming area, which made me feel I could trust they would take care. I was also impressed I could come back after an hour to pick him up rather than a half day. Highly recommend!

A usually reliable place for our dogs to be groomed and nails trimmed, until today! One of my dogs nails was cut too short on the quick but the salon did nothing to prevent bleeding or notify us on pickup. After bringing our dog to our van (walking on hot concrete, there are 30+ blood stains all over the back seats of my van. Went back in with our dog and told bleeding stopped so again no cream or ointment applied to his toe but told by staff to avoid concrete and carry him. Did this on way home, but after being home a couple of minutes on hardwood flooring, bleeding started again and now area rug covered in blood. I'll be sending a bill for cleaning the area carpet and the van!!!

My mini goldendoodle girl definitely looks great coming out of her groom. I’ve had them do grooming on her 5-6 times but this is not worth the heartache we’ve endured. The last two times she’s come out with a red, irritated and open sore private area. I thought the first time was a fluke but it’s happened twice in a row now. I took her to a different groomer thinking it may be a sensitivity to grooming around the private area but she had no reaction to another groomer. They also only cut half her nails and caused several to bleed. Now my dog which had no issues having her paws touched previously, snarls and tries to bite me when I touch her feet. Very sad. I won’t be returning here.

Honestly probably would have given a 3.5 if I could have. We brought our pup in and they didn't manage to cut all of her nails because she wasn't a fan. Quite annoyed at that as it was one of the primary reasons I brought her in. I don't know how to safely trim puppies nails and they have the equipment. Plus the cut portion she doesn't have much hair to groom (she is a beagle) but the.ome bit that needed trimming (tip of her tail) was left long and scraggly.Not happy with this service... Will be trying a different pup spa next time.

Laura is the best groomer ever. I go from Kamloops to her driving 2 hours to ensure my boy gets the best cut ever. My Divinci passed and soon my new guy Gucci will be making the trip too. And she will keep their teeth healthy too. Just love the care she and her husband give my little angel. Gucci in the Santa suit will be going for his first grooming in the new year.

NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!! EVER!!!!!My dog is a very calm and patient dog. When she gets groomed, she does not move. I even asked them after the apt, how she did and they said she was amazing. Didn't move or fight them at all...WELL WHY DID THEY HURT MY DOG SO MUCH?!?!?! She was traumatized!!! The entire tip of both of her ears are cut off, huge scabs. She could not walk for DAYS, because they clipped her toenails SO SHORT!! Even now, she is having a hard time going in grass.. She went INTO HEAT, from the stress of what these people did to her. She has scratches and scabs all over her body from them shaving her RIGHT TO HER SKIN. I asked them to leave at least an inch of fur on her, which they could have because I tested it at home first. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE GROOMERS. Please do NOT bring your dog here. My dog does not like her paws being touches anymore, and flinches whenever someone touches her. My poor baby is absolutely traumatized. They should be shut down.
