Terrible service ordering over the phone, reason for posting the review is because it's not the first time. Made an order on March 23rd, one of the items had to be preordered and was told that waiting time is 3-4 weeks, received the order by email. After 4 weeks called the branch to check if they got the item and then all kind of excuses started. First was that i never made the order, then that i made the order with the other branch, even though i had the order in front of me all the time, then that the order was cancelled, .... After all i got to speak with the representative that actually took the order and he said that i didn't paid for it, never mind i asked him if i have to pay for it when i was putting the order in and was told that i'll pay for it when i'm picking it up, and that was the reason for not getting it. They never apologized or said that they did a mistake, he just asked me if i want to make an order again. I totally understand that people make mistakes but all they did was telling me that it was my fault for not getting the materials. Keep up the good work guys!

RUN!!!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Terrible rude customer service!!! Not to mention from what I read from the staff reviews, there is a lot of mismanagement, verbal assaults, firing before holidays, mistreatment of staff and favoured incompetent workers. Very disorganized, hard to get a hold of and deal with issues after, the siding that was installed bubbled after a month of installation. I later found out that the product was recalled and they still sold it now they are say that there is no wary on the product, just the limited warranty on the fading. Now I have to get the siding somewhere else and redo the job!!!

Just picked up some gutter guards. So far so good. Instalation was a breeze. It took me 4 hrs to install 220 feet by my self. My house is a bungalow.

God forbid it's your first time shopping here. Miserable staff. Rolled eyes with a supplier on the phone in front of me. Second visit, different employee just as rude and annoyed. There to chat with themselves. Not assist new builders.

Bad service. Waiting to long to get a product. I have no choice as to go there sometimes because my sales people work with their colors

horrible return policy. horrible customer service. used to be good, now they think they have a monopoly or something.

I was there this afternoon and a young man assisted me poorly. For half an hour he was walking around left and right and he did nothing to help me as he did not know what he was doing. Then, diane showed up and saved the day. I wonder how they are getting payed the same when diane is amazing at her job and the other guy is not.

Horrible customer service. Unable to help with providing samples. Instead they offer to sell you an entire length of vinyl siding (12 ft for $14.40). I've used Gentek in the past and have been happy with their products (eaves, sofits, fascia) however, their customer service really needs some work!

Relatively decent place to do business with, good selection.The only real complaint I have is with Scott Wallis. He is arrogant, condescending and quite honestly the laziest and worst sales rep I have ever dealt with. Most inquiries never even get a response.
