Excellent service, product, fair prices. Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the blue smart blinds, combination of drape, curtains, panel ....Perfect for my bedroom. Marissa and Dana were so knowledgeable and helpful, and installation was flawless. Very happy I chose this company.

Merissa has been so incredible to work with. I started out at a different budget blinds and now I’m in their area, and now I’m with her. She has put so much work into me/my blinds and has been so nice, professional, and helpful. She’s been unbelievably patient with all my questions and really can’t thank her enough. Budget blinds is so lucky to have her as an employee. If you’re needing blinds, Merissa is definitely the person to call.

Top notch from beginning to end. I had over 20 windows, 2 sidelights, and 3 doors with glass to cover plus I was starting to plan a light remodel. Dana was soooo helpful not only with helping me pick shutter stain color and slat width, but also gave me her (solicited) opinion about some non-related plans. I really appreciated her good eye for interior design. They worked with me while I was out of town to get my delivery to my house then schedule installation when it was convenient for me. Cole was very careful yet efficient. (And when I wrongly suggested that the shutter should open the other way, he gladly flipped it so I could see the result--ha, and that showed me how wrong I was! But he was nice and accommodating even with my rookie opinion.) They checked the shutter quality and fixed one without me even having to point it out. Kirk and Merissa were very communicative. I _highly_ the whole crew at Budget Blinds of Sandpoint.

A wonderful experience with Budget Blinds here and Sandpoint.Merissa is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as she has a great sense of design while being very sensitive towards my needs and my pocket book. I basically did the entire home and I was very pleased with the entire experience. All the shades, although not all from the same supplier arrived fairly quickly.The installer, Cole, did a great job. He is incredibly polite and happily explained the use of the motorized blinds.
