dirty tables, dirty floors, an extremely disgusting washroom, when there were no customers, a staff was just sitting on a chair so it might be not their responsibility. The washroom made me almost vomit and never wanted to have food/drink here. Giving one star because two guy staffs were pretty friendly, not the female one

Second Cup Coffee
Always calm and clean second cup, the staff are friendly and coffee much better than in starbucks in my opinion. Not to much people, so if you want to study or work on the computer it is an exellent place. They have also places to charge your phone or laptop, so it s amazing. Their cakes are awesome, specially strawberry cheese cake. Thank you for your service!

Second Cup Coffee
What I don't like about the place is always the noise, whenever I come here, the staff make noses when they clean the coffee tools or hit the char when brooming. Also, there is an old man who seems to be the manager, talking loudly most of the time with others inside the coffee shop or on the phone. I would recommend finding another place if you want to work or study.

The pistachio croissant was amazing, staff were also kind and accommodating with my struggle with French. Great patio and tables inside with electrical outlets to work.

2 stars because of the convenience and selection of stuff they had. I came in today to grab a coffee and maybe a bite to eat.Asked the guy at the counter what kind I f roast they have for the espresso. After probing little, dude with tude replies, “espresso by default is dark roast!”Should’ve have ordered but I desperately needed some caffeine so sucked it up while barista sis and counter bro snickered behind the desk. Cafe people should excited when a customer asks about coffee and not act like hates their job. It’s not that the cafe was very busy that he couldn’t spare a second to talk. Not only that, they had entire section of single origin coffee, different roast level coffee and dude couldn’t be bothered try selling me some.Espresso was ok but couldn’t help noticing the very oily beans and dirty grinder. Lost my appetite right there.If you enjoy a good espresso, AVOID!

Spots packed.Coffee order wrong.Little to no food left at 1:30pm!Pricey considering the quality.This particular location has danishes and other Jewish foods. (Kinda nice, but inconsistent to the branding and expectations of a second cup).

Typical Second Cup plus limited kosher food options. Friendly service. Well located (next to Metro and busses), but parking can be an issue if you come by car. Usually quite busy when I'm there. Large indoor/outdoor seating area (often noisy outside due to busy location)
