We live in Binbrook. Paul got back to me very quickly. He made the process easy. I only needed one window replaced as the seal went. The casing was fine, so this made the most sense. Window looks great. The two installers were very pleasant and respectful of my home. If I need additional windows replaced again, I’ll definitely be reaching out to this company.

A great company to work with. My window smashed due to the cold, they came out the following day, secured it, ordered the correct replacement and turnaround time was only 1 week. The cost was very reasonable and he even fixed the crank opener on the window for me! Thanks Window Repair Guy!!

When the Window Repair Guys showed up they were polite, and friendly. They were clean and wore shirts that clearly identified them as the Window Repair Guys. The truck was spotless and again clearly identified them as the Window Repair Guys. Once they entered my house,they both removed their shoes, without being asked to. They repaired the 7 windows that I asked them to repair with no mess. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also put a screen in one of my windows where it had come out. The price for the complete job was very reasonable. I was told by the company that I purchased my windows from, that they could not repair my windows as there were no longer parts available for my windows, as they were to old. The Window Repair Guys came with Universal Replacement parts, which were reasonable. My windows now work like the day I first purchased them. Without hesitation I would recommend The Window Repair Guys to anyone who requires any type of window repairs.

Very good service and much cheaper than buying complete windows. We can see through them again. They were quick to respond and had the job completed in a very short period of time. We highly recommend this company. We called them and they were here the next morning and gave us a very reasonable quote. Within 1 1/2 weeks, they came and replaced our cloudy window and patio door screen. They were here for 30 minutes and did a professional job with polite and knowledgeable installers. There is a 5 year warranty on the new window.
