Had a terrible experience on April-22 with the office at Dakota.. Very unprofessional service , the guy issued me a wrong license despite being told by MPI to do the right thing. He condemned my Nigerian license, I feel it’s an act of discrimination towards people from Nigeria because he did similar thing to another customer who happened to be a Nigerian the same day. I had to go directly to MPI office to get the correct licence based on my situation. MPI has promised to take up the issue with crossroad insurance.My mental health is at stake, I am currently planning to write to the Member of parliament to formally explain my experience. And if possible press charges.So my advice to anyone coming with a foreign licence, pls go to MPI near you to get the right licence for yourself and avoid discrimination from crossroad insurance.

All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a sufficient amount of staff working, so the wait time is very short, if any at all. Would highly recommend going to this crossroads location.
