I WOULD LOVE TO MOVE BAK INTO THE PARK. misunderstanding with the landlord.

Nicest trailer park I have ever seen.

Use to be a affordable place to rent out for celebrations. This time everything was an extra charge. They even took the oven connection so you had to pay extra for that to. Which we were not told that even tho they knew we having a lunch celebration for a resident that had lived there for over 20 years. Also they double booked on us and we were made to rush so the next group could get in. That was the least of our problems dealing with them . We will never be back. Greedy doesn't look good on anyone.

I had dealt with a very nice lady Penny and first when I waned to rent, then a lady by the name of Kessa took over when I went to pay the rest of my money for the hall she was very nice. 2 days before the party she got really rude and said that I lyed about what time I wanted to hall till which is on my contract and accused me of writing that myself, I told her I would have liquor in the hall, which I had the licence for and also had licence bar bartenders. She refused to give me my damage deposit, saying that I didn't tell her about the liquor and the kitchen was dirty which I did a very good job. When I called to get the president's #, her hubby answered the call and swore at me when I told him I didn't want to speak with Kessa since she didn't know how to do her job properly. I have left 2 messages for the president and no calls still...this lady is very rude to deal with. I have rented other halls in the past and have never had to deal with someone as rude as her....

The park and staff are just wonderful, great place to live, except, the dogs barking gets under your skin very quick.... Im talking about barking for a straight hour!!! I know and understand that dogs will bark, but for an hour!!???Other then that, it's a great park!
