Our extended family exclusively used Vitacore's masks for the pandemic (after a bit of experimenting with various brands), and we highly recommend this company's products. Our preference is for the white or black n95 masks with ear loops, which we find comfortable, a good fit, and easy to take off and put into our pockets. None of us caught COVID or any other infection since the start of the pandemic, despite many visits to the hospital, doctor's offices, some family get togethers, looking after young grandchildren, and, once the lockdown lifted, some flights to important family events and many bus rides across the border to visit kids. We are so pleased with these masks that we are going to continue wearing them indoors like shopping malls even if there is no risk of COVID, because we really enjoyed not catching various bugs that we were exposed to. Vitacore's free shipping service is excellent, too. I really appreciate this ethical Canadian company.

Have been purchasing vitacore masks for myself (teacher) and my school aged kids for the last 2 years. We love the way they fit and the ease of breathing in them. When we got a bad batch where the earloops snapped off, sent an email and they (Armando) responded almost immediately (and super professionally) and are sending a replacement box free of charge. Amazing company. They also have a mask recycling program that we’ve been more than happy to participate in. They are more expensive than the baggy blues but they are way higher quality and made locally in BC. Happy to support a local company! I wear these every day ALL day at work and the kids wear them all day at school. Highly recommend.

I just placed an order online for several types of filtration masks. Hopefully the sizes will fit my small face! I received the help of Armando to finalize my order, and he was very helpful, professional and quick. I will update when I do receive and try the products.Update: I just did a second order to get new masks! I absolutely love them. Never caught any illness so far while wearing them. The CAN99™ 9500 - NIOSH N95 Surgical Respirator - CE FFP3" fits my small adult face and also my partner's larger adult face. They're comfortable to wear and efficient. Highly recommend."

Excellent customer service always! These are the best fitting masks, and truly protect. I use the N99 ear loop and our 11 year old daughter fits into the adult small N99s. Superior quality products.

Vitacore Industries Inc. has worked hard to protect Canadians throughout the pandemic. Their masks are comfortable and highly effective, we have worn them (and still do) and they provide great protection. The company is professional and responsive - a pleasure to deal with.

We have bought from Vitacore a couple times now over the last few years. All purchases have been well managed and the products are of high quality. This last order there was an issue with sizing. The team at Vitacore were incredible in helping to problem solve the situation and went above and beyond what other companies would have done to address the issue.

These are amazing quality masks. I especially love the CAN99 earloop masks and I recommend them to everyone I know. The customer service is also good - I had an issue with my order recently and received a very prompt response and fix for it. Thank you!

Clair went above and beyond to ensure my kids started the week back at school with upgraded masks. I didn't expect her to personally deliver our order in the rainiest of Sundays! Masks fits great and I love the adult ones.

I have just received a box of 25 CAN99 9500 - N95 Surgical respirators. Vitacore Industries clearly states that orders cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. That I understand.I am a very small lady weighing 115 lbs and these masks are so small I cannot possibly wear one. The elastic does not fit over my head and the face surface is so tight that I cannot breathe. Clearly, something went wrong. I believe it is the responsibility of the company to state the size of the masks and elastic loops or at least state that this model runs very small and will not fit an average adult face.The company has offered to discount 20% on my next order (not happening) and refund my initial shipping costs. I would not dare chance that, so will not re order. A box of 25 CAN99 9500 will now go to the garbage. My strong recommendation is that you do NOT order these masks.The only reason I have given this review one star is because I did receive a prompt reply to my email even though it was somewhat canned.ONE WEEK LATER ........Shortly after this review was posted, I received a telephone call from Claire" in Marketing. The review had been read and was followed by a telephone call to me (what company ever does that these days ?) We discussed my issues and frustrations and she expressed genuine concern related to my dissatisfaction. The situation has now been resolved well beyond any expectations I could have hoped for. This company went above and beyond in regards to customer service. I had accidentally shipped to the wrong address and (on the weekend) they corrected this for me and had redirected. The masks fit beautifully with full comfort and coverage. I won’t hesitate to order from them again. Shout out to Armando for his extra effort!
