Had a very good experience shopping at Harry Rosen. Cam was exceptional in helping me find the right suit.It wasn't a first suit, but it was the first one I bought in years after a career change. I was on a reasonable budget, and admittedly shopped at Harry Rosen last as their reputation for higher end, good quality, but pricey clothes preceded them.That said. I was in at the right time, they had a very good sale on their Samuelsohn suits. They were the best fit out of any store I tried, the best quality fabric, tailoring is included in the price. I'm paying about the same (or less) then I would have at Moore's, Banana Republic, Nordstrom or Indochino; but for a much much better suit.Cam immediately sized me up and knew what to put on me, was sensitive to my budget, and extremely helpful. Super nice and informative. Despite my being dressed a bit schlubby for suit shopping the other day there was 0 talking down to me in over-explaining suits or unasked questions (which happened at one of the other stores mentioned and why it's worth mentioning).Plus, getting me in a suit that fits and lies well on the second try is a feat. I don't exactly enjoy shopping, and after a long day browsing lots of stores and suits he was amazingly quick in getting me into a suit that fit far better than anything I had tried all day and was perfect for my needs.Like a good pair of jeans, it's nice to now have a place I can watch for what comes in and what sales they might have on a suit construction I know fits as I will need a few more in the future.

We came in recently to order my brothers engagement suit and couldn’t have been looked after better by Victor. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to make sure our custom order was as perfect as possible and would be delivered on time, including taking time out of his personal schedule to help. We’ll definitely be returning for his help with future custom orders! Can’t recommend enough.

Had a “sartorial emergency” as the airline lost my luggage and I had a black tie dinner in the evening. Steve helped me with selecting an appropriate complete suit and shoes in record time as well as alter the trousers. Fantastic service. Thanks!

My experience with Victor was amazing! I went in needing a custom suit for the end of the month and although the timeline was tight (typically custom suits take over a month), Victor made sure we got everything done as quickly as possible to make sure it would come in time. He worked over-time when I initially went in and even came in on his day off to finalize all the details. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He took all of my measurements and made sure the suit would turn out exactly how I wanted it. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back in the future.
