Booking the visit with Francis was easy. Mustafa Mohamed arrived on time for both the original and follow-up visits. He was pleasant and explained clearly for me what he was doing to diagnose and remedy the issue with my air conditioner and what work was completed. Service was wonderful! Cory explained everything happening with our furnace as we had had some error messages. He showed me inside the furnace so I could understand and then gave me options on how to proceed. We will definitely use them again the future.
