I am very pleased to have had the opportunity of meeting Mmd Rosette. She greeted me with enthusiasm and has taken the time to listen to my needs and demands. Her patients and understanding was tremendous. I highly recommend seeing her at this location for optimum service. I spent 4 hours in store and she was courteous beginning to the end ! I purchased a mattress along with a bed frame and linens. I dealt with Ms. Chantal Desjardins.I highly recommend to ask for her, as for her customer service is superb. She is very respectful, kind, and incredibly patient. She worked very hard to ensure my satisfaction in what I was purchasing.If I have to visit Dormez-Vous again, I will surely deal with Ms. Desjardins.

I needed a mattress ASAP as my mattress was getting old. I had an idea of what i wanted but at the same time I didnt know where to start. I dont have her full name (ZZE was written on my receipt) was AMAZING!!! With all my questions and rushing her so that I can get back to work, she was outstanding. I knew shopping for a mattress was not an easy task, as i was putting it off but she made it quick for me and I was out the door soon enough. She even researched for me another item i needed and called me back with the best price and voila, another item being delivered and no worries on my end. This is the shopping that i LOVE. What an amazing service at the Dormez-Vous store in Laval Auteuil! Jade knows her products in depth and built a quick vote of confidence to not only buying a tempur-pedic pillow, but to get a new mattress. It’s incredible how little we know when choosing what’s right for our body and comfort, hence the importance of going to the store and trying even in times like this. Very clean and they follow the health safety rules making me feel right at home. Merci Jade!

Eve was very helpful. Did a great job in recommending and letting me try the different beds in my budget until I could choose my preferred option.

Bought a 1700$ mattress to then get a mattress delivered that is nowhere close to the comfort of the one in store. Getting the error fixed in-store to have a new mattress was a massive pain and forced us to get a delivery date for the replacement that was 2 weeks later. To then realize that they put it 1 month and a half later and had to deal with the customer service to get this earlier since I was unable to sleep in the defect mattress. Definitely the last time I'm spending money there.
