I did the 5 week in person bootcamp classes with Chef Lara, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience! Chef Lara was a fantastic teacher who throughly explained all the steps, provided tips and tricks to make recipes better, and was super personable. I cannot express enough how fun these classes were, if there was a part 2, 3, and 4, I would be there! Take a class, it’s so fun and so worth it!

Fantastic experience. Cannot recommend this place enough. The level 1 chocolate class was perfectly put together. Learned how to do many things: basics of ganache, how to hold the piping bag. Filled truffles, made chocolates. Dipped strawberries. Chef Heather was amazing to ensure everyone was on track. Would recommend coming here or even gifting this to loved ones.

Le dolci hosted us for my friend’s bachelorette party as she’s an avid baker. We went with the macaron making class and all had a great time! Many of us had little baking experience and chef Shruti was very helpful and accommodated all of us! We had a great time and definitely recommend to others thinking of doing a private class. Thanks Le Dolci and chef Shruti!

I took the naked buttercream flower cake course today and it was the most fun I've had in quite some time. The chef explained and demonstrated how to decorate the cake clearly step by step and the course was well paced. This was my first ever baking course but I would definitely consider taking another at Le Dolci :)

I took 2 classes recently with Le Dolci (macaron making & croissant making) and they were both so fun! This was my first experience with any kind of baking/cooking class, and I will definitely be signing up for more classes with them. The instructors were so knowledgeable and helpful, and I left both classes feeling very confident that I can recreate the recipes at home.

I took the first level chocolate masterclass. It was clean and well-lit, the class was well organized and ran smoothly throughout. I appreciated the balance between the work that had been done in advance of the class and what we did in-class. It was really well measured to get the most out of two hours. Heather was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She gave so many great tips and explanations. As a bonus - the results were great!

I had an incredible experience making donuts with Chef Lara! She made frying donuts not scary, and I left with a dozen delicious treats. So much fun, can’t wait for my cinnamon roll class next month :)

I don’t know why I waited so long to finally take a class at Le Dolci!! I recently attended the Chocolate Masterclass Level 2, and it was such a great experience with a wonderful, patient teacher (Heather) and a great group of classmates. We came home with a ton of beautiful hand-made truffles (2 flavours!) and various types of bark made from the leftover chocolate. I never thought I would be able to make such pretty display-worthy treats, but this class showed us it’s possible and not even that complicated :) Looking forward to booking my next class very soon.

I took a croissant class with Chef Lara and I highly recommend it. If you've attempted to make croissants on your own and need help, this class is for you! Lara was great at answering my one million questions and helping me navigate not using saran wrap.
