I would avoid purchasing from this company. They manufacture a subpar product that doesn't actually have a guarantee (contrary to what the company claims). I have 3-year old laminate that the top is peeling off of, and after MONTHS of attempting to contact this company, someone finally responded and declared it to be normal wear-and-tear and damage (yes, both) without even having seen it. I persisted, especially since some of the peeling/cracking was in a closet; how on Earth would someone damage that. Eventually a rep came out, and months later I received a report" that stated that since no one else complained

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Spent 30k on professionally installed Chianti oak engineered hardwood. Floors are garbage and the whole warranty process has been a nightmare. Terrible customer service. They don’t stand by their product.Still waiting for answers over 2 years later… we keep getting the run around. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Like alot of other reviews on here this company is horrible doesn't stand by their product. We had a very bad flood needed vinyl floor installed and within 3 months floor was scratching and lifting up. We had our old floor for over 5 years no issues with scratches or bubbling coming up...and as per Beaulieu Canada claims analyst Ingrl Arel we aren't going to get our floors fixed here is her commentMoreover, we have submitted the sample coming from this installation to an independentlaboratory and results were confirmed to meet the product’s parameters. As a side note, we havehad no other claims against this particular style sold in various locations throughout Canada.Do not give yourself a headache avoid this company. It has taken almost a year to get this response horrible customer service and looks like it is a common trend based on the comments and reviews...We didn't chose this company but the company our insurance company hired did.

Zero stars. The company will only deal with the retailer, not the customer in regards to warranty. The Company’s Product Rep (along with the retailer) made a house visit to my place to assess the newer randomly peeling chipping lifting floor and said “oh this ones bad,” took some photos then never contacted the retailer or us ever again to follow up on the next steps. Its been NINE LONG MONTHS since the rep visited, and a ton of attempts have been made to contact the rep and company. They don't stand by their products, have zero service/ communication, are trying to get out of honouring the warranty and above all- to make someone wait 9 months is unheard of, beyond disrespectful at this point. There’s no communication or follow up. So much stress from this company.

As a trade partner, we cannot speak highly enough of Beaulieu. Their order desk and sales reps are absolutely amazing. Always prompt, always nice, always accommodating. We love working with them and would recommend them to anyone. Their products are so far above industry standards in quality and for looks they are right in line with current trends and timeless classics. Keep it up Beaulieu!

Tried to find out information about ordering sheet vinyl. Used the online form and didn’t hear back, called customer service and they said to check the website. The website only allows you to order samples but there’s no information beyond that. I was forwarded to a voicemail in a different department. Based on the other reviews I don’t have hope of hearing back from them. I’ll update my review if anything changes. I don’t want to spend $20 to ship samples if I can’t order after that.

If you are ever thinking of getting flooring DO NOT use this company. Horrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products or if you ever need to use the warranty that the flooring comes with they will never honour it. Stay far away from this company. The commercial flooring we purchased for our business has stained from day 1 and they will not help.

Back in November, I bought 2,600 sq feet of the Beaulieu Hill Top San Juan to ensure they had it in stock for March for a new home I am building. When the time came to install in early April, the engineered hardwood was warped. My installer reordered the product through the Beaulieu sales rep, and the rep told them that it was in stock and available. He assumed that the product was coming from Brampton but came from Calgary which took 3 weeks to receive. A few later when they came to install, the installer opened the package and it was the wrong colour. The installation company raised the issue to the Beaulieu manager and was told that the colour was discontinued, it seems that they reused the SKU #. I am now stuck and had to run around the city looking for a hardwood colour that will match my stairs. I bought another flooring from another company, it was ticker. I added a subfloor on the main floor to raise the hardwood to match the ceramic. I spent $3k for the material, installation and de-installing the floors. Lastly, I ran out of time to have my house ready and need to put my furniture in storage (extra cost) and move with the in-of .The worst experience of my life and I still haven’t yet received the refund for the returned floors as Beaulieu has yet refunded my installer.

I loved the look of the monet 2215. After looking everywhere I finally found the RIGHT MATCH to my counters. What a mistake!! The texture and grooves are not noticeable until one installs it and washes it. My spotless floor ALWAYS looks dirty. The grooves always look dirty from day 1.

We completed a major renovation of our house and used luxury vinyl planking manufactured by this company as well as another company.The Beaulieu product has developed huge gaps between the plank ends, the other manufacturer’s product is fine.We complained and they sent out a so called independent inspector (who, it turns out, was far from independent). Not our fault they said, it’s your house.I’ve written letters of complaint with zero response. Good luck to anyone that purchases product manufactured under the Beaulieu name, you have my sympathy!
