Jose is an amazing athlete and superb trainer. Our son practices boxing with him and is drenched in sweat everytime we pick him up. The training he has received has greatly improved our son's athletic abilities and physique. Jose is a diamond in the rough; a real one of a kind. I feel quite lucky to have found him to teach our son boxing.

Jose’s coaching and experience has really paid off with our 2 boys. They have came home many times after class with huge smiles on their faces. He is a excellent instructor who is extremely knowledgeable in the martial arts. I would highly recommend to any hockey families looking very extra conditioning for their children. It will also help with eye hand coordination and foot work.

I have been training a couple of sessions with Jose, and I’m pretty sure he is the best coach I have ever had so far! He makes plans for each student and explains those technical details very clearly. The feedbacks he gave me after each session has always helped me to progress.
