Singal's Indian Grocery Delivery

Very quick and prompt delivery. Very good order tracking, packing and service. Although all items seem to be good, the only thing that I wasn't pleased was none of the items had either manufactured date or end date (use best before).

I have ordered twice from Singal's and both times, the delivery was prompt and hassle free.. very happy with the delivery service. They have a good selection of Indian grocery items.Edited: I've become a regular customer of Singal's. Delivery to Ottawa is always fast and we get our orders within 2-3 days. Thank you Singal's!

Just a heads up. The online delivery will not happen ,if your package is heavy. Canada post will issue a pick up notice, and we have to go to nearest location to pick up the package. Canada post never make 2nd attempt. I'm not blaming the Singal's grocery quality, but their delivery agreement with Canada Post is not customer's friendly. Please make sure before you place heavy orders.

First time ordering from Singal's in Montreal. Great selection of spices.Only issue for me is they use Canada Post delivery which takes sooo much longer than any other! Other than that, perfect way to stock up rather than shopping during Covid.

Ordered some items from Ottawa. Got it the day after it was shipped! Will definitely buy from them again. Thanks Singal's!

My review below was written 3 months ago. I placed an order again very recently and I was very pleased with the service. In addition, I must add a kudo to Canada Post. I got my parcel within 2 days.Ordering on line was easy. Good selection of Indian spices, dhals, tea, ready to eat meals, etc. Arrived almost the next day. Everything ordered was there, well packed. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I will definitely use this on line service again.I used their on line service again just a few days back (end of Oct 2020) and they came through with flying colours. There were out of certain Gits ready to eat products, but that is understandable these days due to Covid 19. They did have comparable products from other brands which I ordered and received.

Totally awesome. I got my order in three days to Gatineau and it was perfect. 100% would recommend! I'll be using Singal's again!

Singal's is a hidden gem of a store. I ordered a few items and was impressed with the quick turn over as well as the professional courteous service. I ordered my items on a Wednesday evening, and they had my order ready Thursday morning and though Canada Post picked up same day, it took them 2+2 days since good to note CP does not work on weekends. A big thank you to the team at Singals for their excellent service with essentials during these Covid times!
