I called on a Tuesday morning that my on demand hot water heater was not circulating and that it was 10 degrees in my house. It was -16c outside. She said they would get back to me when they would be able to help me out. I had to call her Tuesday evening and she told me she would get back to me tomorrow and oppolgize. Never heard from them Wednesday. So I called Thursday and she again apologized and said they would get back to me. They didn't I call them at 3:30friday afternoon and asked he if they where coming she told me she is sort staffed. I told he it was unacceptable she told me I could call someone else. This was just before the family day long weekend. And then had the nerve to say I was rude. Well I ended up calling Blair heating and they came out in a few sort hours. Next time I will just call a professional company.

Great service for my parents house! – we called on a very hot summer day when the air conditioning stopped working – before a long weekend – and they were there the same day to help us out and fix the problem right away and get the house cooled down. Thank you so much!!! 5 stars!!!

I’ll give this company 2 starts only because the woman we would speak to on the phone was great. However this company as a whole is bad news. First problem is there is no communication, you will be expecting someone and they don’t show up for a while and then call only to find out the person can’t make it. Second problem is when they removed our old furnace they did not put cardboard down and dropped the furnace on our new flooring which wasn’t even fully installed yet leaving horrible scratches. They did pay to fix it though so I can respect that. The third and final issue we had was, they quoted 4,200.00 to fix our gas fireplace, in doing our due diligence we found another company that was able to fix it for 200.00!! Soooo ya I wouldn’t waste your time, effort and hard earned money on Aspen.
