Natalina's Flavours of Italy!

I would highly recommend the Niagara Winery Tour with Natalina. She is a gifted guide and I was so happy to have met her and to have spent the day with her.It’s good value for the money, for the time spent and for the quality and quantity of food and drinks provided. I would highly recommend her and this tour to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. I will definitely do it again. Thanks again Natalina, it was great to get to know you.

This was my first class with Natalina and the experience was excellent. She took the time to talk about why we should be doing more home cooking and making it a fun time. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and explained in great detail the types of ingredients that we should be using to make authentic Italian dishes. I am looking forward to spending time in the kitchen with my family as we make our own fresh food.

I attended my first cooking class at Natalina's Kitchen and had a fantastic time! Cooking classes are kept small which allows for a lot of hands on learning. l felt at ease in the class with little to no previous cooking experience. Natalina did a fantastic job at answering everyone's questions and even added her own personal experiences and stories. Very much looking forward to my next class. Her classes fill up quickly so book early!

Natalina is a real delight and she goes above and beyond to make sure her travelers are taken care of. The experience is one I will never forget. The food and wine, the destinations, the cooking classes were second to none and I would highly recommend this excursion to all of my friends. There were a couple of glitches during the trip but Natalina found a solution and dealt with them which of course a professional would do. If you are looking to see a really beautiful part of Italy and you enjoy food and wine this is a opportunity you should not miss.

Natalina offers a wonderful, unique experience in a cooking school and I thoroughly enjoyed the full day, from shopping at the market to eating the delicious meal we prepared. Natalina knows how to make cooking interesting and fun and how to make everyone feel at home in her kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone.

Natalina's kitchen experience was excellent! She walked us through how to make two kinds of pasta and two sauces to go with them. Everyone got a chance to get their hands dirty and try a new cooking technique or two. We really enjoyed spending time and learning more about authentic Italian food, ingredients and more about Natalina's traditional approach to sharing her family's culture with us. This was a fun evening.

Attended the pizza making class with my wife and it exceeded our expectations. Natalina was knowledgeable and very engaging. We learned a lot of great pizza making techniques and can't wait to start making our own. Would highly recommend taking her class.

I’ve had the pleasure of taking Natalina’s basic Italian, bread making and part of the advanced Italian courses. The courses were informative and fun, I can’t wait to go back for another one! Natalina has so much knowledge and experience to pass on. I highly recommend her classes and her cook book. Her recipes are absolutely delicious!

Doing a cooking class at Natalina's is so much fun! I learned a lot and the food that we made was absolutely delicious. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to those who are seasoned experimenters in the kitchen as well as those who are just beginning.

Fantastic ExperienceWhat a great trip to Calabria that far exceeded our already very high expectations. We were treated to an expertly planned introduction to the history, beauty and culinary delights of this lesser travelled region of Italy under the guidance of our hostess, Natalina, and very knowledgeable and fun loving local guide, Silvia.Thanks to the small group size of fourteen, we soon bonded with our fellow like minded travellers on our daily excursions Visits to local farms, vineyards and food producers, many of which were small scale but high in quality and flavour plus many opportunities to experience cooking demonstrations and some hands on preparation mixed so well with visits to hill towns, castles and museums. The trip was well organized and active, hotel accomodations first class and our food experiences beyond words. Local ingredients of every kind along with local wines were emphasized at all of the fabulous meals we enjoyed family style at the selected restaurants, some of which were owned by relatives of Natalina where we were served meals that were above and beyond incredible.We were looking for an experience and we got it in spades so we are anxiously looking forward to our next trip with Natalina.
