I have dealt with Roy Hwang, his assistant & the office staff at the Aurora Office of Epstein Law for 10 years. The service is excellent, timely, they are thoughtful in their advice and they are very customer orientated. Although I have moved out of the area, I still use their services.I recommend this wonderful team.

There is a confusion , people admire Mark Epstien Job and other lawyers working with him , While Donna is the worst lawyer I have ever met in my life, she also can scream and shout at you for no reason.she made me loosen my case and money and relationship with my kids.The other lawyers have good repetition

Lawyer for our mortgage. When we came in to sign docs I noticed there was an easement on the title which our law clerk didn’t pick up on (or ignored). I asked what it was, and he said it is “nothing, we will remove it”. Well fast forward and years later we find out the easement was not removed, that it is a massive 5-meter conservation easement and we were told by a municipal engineer that we have to move our shed, our kids’ playground, everything because we can’t build on that part of backyard. And when I called Epstein to assist fixing this issue, they gave me lip treatment and did no work. I called them for two weeks. Yes they pick up the phone but nothing gets done (same as when I did my mortgage docs I suppose). What. A. Mess.

Epstein & Associates were easy to work with and always responded to calls and emails. I loved working with Daniel. He is so personable and really looks out for his clients. I would recommend Daniel in a heartbeat, he is a great lawyer!
