Hi,I wanted to give oneinsurace feedback about Joyce Chen. She works at st vital centre Winnipeg. She was excellent with her services to me. I had some health issues and so wanted to postpone my knowledge test. I came in contact with her. She not only explained me the process but also went one step ahead to help me figure out a practical solution on real time basis. It was urgent and she handled it in one of the most efficient and effective manner I can ever expect. This I felt was a professional and excellent customer service

I had a terrible experience with Barrett Thomson. She was very judgemental and did not have any understanding. It seems like she was making decisions that were not even hers. I got insurance the very next day. Will not ever try this place and will let people in my community know she is a horrible representative. Next time, do not be quick to call people liars.

I have been insured with One Insurance for about 2 years now. The first quote was quick and the staff were excellent.When I re-insured my business and added content insurance the quotes were painfully slow. This I attribute to the Pandemic. I believe they’re doing the best they can as they too have to wait for the insurance companies, such as Red River Mutual etc… to get to their end of the document process.Best RegardsLauren Maguire

I have recieved insurance quotes within a day, but it's been over a week, several emails back and forth, plus a few calls, still no quote, I don't recommend them if you want an answer anytime soon.
