Two guys came over to give me a quote for washroom tiles. They never gave any quote, took the measurements and did something that I'm very mad about. One of the guy scratched off the plastic protective sheet from a tile which was not necessary at all. After these guys ruined one of the bottom tiles by pulling it off (I had to stick it together later with a glue) this one numb skull peeled off the protective plastic from the above tile for no reason. Horrible service! I contacted them when they left and he was like I don't know what you are talking about" even though he did that infront of my eyes. I stopped him when he was doing it but it was a little too late and when I realised after the had left they pretended as if nothing happened. Extremely dissatisfied with the service!"

When I went home to Toronto to see their finished work for the first time, it was very disappointing. Very low quality work. They also over delivered saying it will be finished in 2 weeks. 2 weeks became 2 months.

Great attention to detail and very punctual team! As a designer it is a pleasure to have good Contractors in the GTA doing honest work.
