Every time I need Piper Tek - whether it's a minor fire to put out, such as a connection problem, or a major crisis like a virus attacking my computer - they are there immediately to take care of things. The best part about the work they do is the personal attention they give. Dan just seems to always be available and makes me feel like I'm his most important client (even though I'm sure I don't spend the most with him).
