Brock Rd. @ Hwy. 407 Park & Ride

I think it's great this Go Bus Station is available for routes along 407 however, I feel like this Station is not fully optimized for customer satisfaction and safety. Here are my concerns:- No staff presence at this station. It is isolated and lonely and this is a safety concern.- There are no machines available to purchase Bus tickets or to put money on your Presto Card. This should be available for customers.- No ATM Machines are available to take out cash.- There are no bus schedules available at the station to confirm arrival and departure times of buses. The bus schedules should be put up for customers.- People have to wait in the cold for buses. There should be somewhere that is inside and warm for customers to wait for buses. The timed heater in the bus shelter outside is not enough.- No Paid Phones available if you had an emergency and needed to make a call if your phone was not working.This shelter feels half finished in terms of amenities and services. It also do not feel safe because of how far, remote and isolated it is.GO Transit needs to do better in servicing this Park and Ride station.
