Radius Financial

I've been super happy with Radius Financial, in comparison to other lenders I've worked with before. The process was easy. Someone always called us back, and we never had issues with our payments. No surprises with what we were agreeing to, so not really sure about the bad reviews here. Also, the rates were not too bad- pretty competitive.

Excellence starts from the top and works it's way down. I know from experience that everyone at Radius Financial, from the Owner, to the Business Development Managers, to the Underwriters, are all some of the hardest and most dedicated and committed individuals in this entire industry. As a Mortgage Agent, I have had excellent experience with Radius Financial and would like to put my 5 star stamp on this company and all within it.

Radius continues to beca strong partner of Sherwood Mortgage Group. Underwriters are knowledgeable and very responsive. We enjoy working with the Radius Team . I'm a mortgage agent in Ontario, and wanted to share my positive experience with Radius. Not only was the mortgage rate competitive for my client, but the whole experience was great. Timely responses, great communication from the whole team. and a very pleasant interaction over all. I'd definitely recommend Radius.

We were attracted to the idea of going with a smaller company for our mortgage needs rather than a big bank like TD because of the one-on-one customer service element. My wife and I are very particular about who we deal with, especially when it comes to something as major as our mortgage. We’ve been very pleased with Radius so far. The agents are super knowledgeable, and they always answer our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. The rates are also competitive. I’d recommend!

Really great experience with Radius so far. We're two years into our mortgage terms with them. We recently had to shift come up where we asked to renegotiate some terms and they've been very accommodating.

Radius Financial has been one of my lender partners for many years as a mortgage broker. Their underwriting is above par and they our super efficient and have very competitive rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My partner and I are first-time home buyers. Our mortgage broker recommended Radius from previous positive experience working with them.Most importantly, we received a good interest rate (competitive). Also, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Jeff who walked us through the process step by step since we were first time buyers. We felt super comfortable with the whole process.

Here is a customer, not a broker view!...Please stay away from Radius Financial, I have two things to say I will be honest, I have been their customer for more than 1.5 years .... First, it is not a good option for first-time buyers. Now, feel I made a mistake when I chose them in 2022, instead of going to a bank or a more reliable financial institution. They may look at the beginning approachable and friendly but as soon you get what they want, and if you say something negative about them, they may start chasing or persecuting you since they have all your info... My case was this... I get stuck into a mortgage with a variable rate in 2022 but all we know is what happens with inflation, so I was expecting my lender to be able to give an affordable fixed rate, but guess what? They did not care!. After trying many times and having many calls they did not move anything on the initial offer, which was quite higher by being Oct 2022. I was under financial stress with these constant updates...So I locked it. I need to take care of my family... so if you expect them to negotiate later one you sing the papers, forget it!.. I guess this is an opportunity for this company to improve and be more flexible later..Secondly, long time ago, I expressed myself about how I disappointed I feel, using this tool.., then I shared my experience to public, also with friends and obviously recommend them to go to others options if possible..., then guess what? I got a call from them, last Friday, may 5th 2023, threatening me with defamation and cyberbullying (a crime according to them) because I being so clear and direct... So I have to change this comment to live okey with my conscience!... but I won't change this review points, I should give them zero. But I am willing to change it, if they take real actions to improve themselves and get close to the people and not to money, they should be wiling to negotiate rates that benefits both parties... Lastly, think about his, Is this the way how you may treat a client? of course not... customer service first!!!.. If you ask me. did u recommend it? I'd said stay away from them...Here is the person who makes me the call, Friday the 5th, may 2023, in the evening..., I guess it is one of the product owners or someone they paid for chasing me.I am feel okey to disclosure this info since this is public domain, it is an info that everyone can see it on google and even on youtube videos! .Alex Haditagh - tel. 46528-(FOUR TIMES 9)I have also evidence, like calls, recordings and screenshots, but I will reserve for my own records! Stay away from them. Go for a more reliable institution! What happens to our family is not fair. A. H, one of the owners or someone they pay for it; this individual was threading us of defamation because we express what we think of this company. We simply did not feel okey with this company. We are their cliets btw!!!...so, when someone ask us about our lender, we reserve ourselves the right to sharing other options!
