We stopped for food on a long car drive and we haven’t been in this area so we didn’t know that breakfast wasn’t served after 4, when I asked to get a breakfast sandwich, I was rudely told by numerous employees at the same time “no”. I think customer service should be prioritized more than this.

Had a mobile order, was picking up. Stood near the mobile pick-up sign for around 10 mins, no one attended me. Someone left a few boxes, anyone didn't tell me anything, ask me anything. When seeing like they are serving all the people who came after me, i had to call one of the employees for their attention and show the order number. Pointed at the boxes. If a manager sees it, it happened around 9.30 am on 28th May 2023. I am just traveling, and I didnt like the attitude of we are the only tim hortons here and deal with whatever we do.

We often stop at this Tim Horton's .The service is great .The food is good and we always enjoy the coffee and tea. I have to mention that the staff are among the friendliest we've met at a Tims .

This Tim Hortons…. Nothing but good to say about them! In all my years of drinking tim hortons….. in the last atleast 2 weeks has been on point with my coffee! So thank you for keeping it on point and your service quick as well!

Avoid this place like the plague. If you want staff to throw packs at you then get mad at you for crossing an imaginary line with your hand to catch stuff thrown at you expect to be yelled at by the staff about cross contamination. Hey if your so worried about that don't throw stuff at customers and if someone does cross this line how about marking it's like I'm real life and not just in your head and when a customer does cross this line with their hand instead of freaking out about it how about just smile maybe say something about it in a nice way and then taking the time to clean the counter that I didn't even touch. Instead of running off two the back and having some orange hair teenager try to white wash the whole situation and trying to blame the CX over it. Then get your managers on site TO CALL BACK TO REQUESTS TO BE CALLED BACK. WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO FIRE ALL STAFF AND START OVER AND HIRE WHOEVER IS RUNNING THE SUBWAY IN MATTAWA CAUSE THAT PLACE KNOWS HOW TO HUSTLE BE KIND COURTOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AF TO THE CXS hire kind and hard working staff and keep that place clean unlike the Tim Hortons I'm Mattawa. Need coffee in Matawan go to subway or any of the restaurants there instead avoid Tim Hortons in mattawa

this is the best tim hortons i’ve ever been to. every time i stop here, the service is so friendly, fast, and accurate and everyone who works here seems to really care about going the extra mile and just giving you a great experience. even the teenagers who work here are friendly! i always make sure to stop here on my 6 h drive out of all the timmies options i have.

Great experience. Washrooms clean, fast friendly service. No overflowing garbage and parking lot was tidy. Quick in and out, drive thru was moving at a fast pace.
