The ladies are absolutely lovely here, I come here all the time and they are very helpful and accommodating. Some of the customers I see them deal with while I’m in there are so rude to them but yet they still have a smile on their face when I ask for help! I understand the low products aren’t their fault but more so a head office/company issue which should be fixed by someone higher up so this group of ladies do not get bullied and battered by customers. Always a pleasure when stopping by! -Lisa

Came to share my experience and then noticed how other have had similar experiences. RUDE and obnoxious staff. Tried this location for the first time and Will not be shopping at this location again.To the skinny, tall blonde staff member asking me for my credentials. - I’ve been shopping at cosmoprof for 15+ years hunny.

If I could give them a zero I would. Super rude staff. Ignores questions and aren't capable of being helpful and frankly clearly aren't there to provide a service. They just ring in the till. One staff member said I looked like her grandma's age. I suppose trying to insult me as I still have 3 school aged kids myself and am clearly not a grandma. I'm not sure but it definitely wasnt in a friendly way. I guess when I asked to speak to an owner it triggered her to need to lash out but, still. Not called for at all

Excellent customer service as usual!! The young lady that helped out today was quick to acknowledge the products that I was selecting and brought to my attention a great promo that included those items. Always stress free to visit, even in a hurry.

Monica R who left a bad review here failed to mention that she was asked to leave the store for refusing to wear a mask. She actually came back and had to be physically removed by customers for being abusive and confrontational towards staff and other customers, and police had to be called. I'm sure most of the staff there hate masks as much as Monica does, I know I do; but harassing them over mask rules and mandates they didn't create is not going to solve anything. The mask/anti mask debate won't be resolved by attacking staff at a shampoo store. They just want to do their job and go home. Lets take it up with our government instead of fighting each other.

Came to write a kind review after witnessing the manager and staff get verbally assaulted by an old woman (MONICA ROMNEY she wrote a fabricated review prior to this I see) who didn’t have any interest in shopping. Came in camera ready filming the staff while she wasn’t wearing a mask. The woman working was physically upset and didn’t want confrontation still Monica kept going. They need more protection and staff at this location. I feel terrible for what they have to deal with.

Sad to say but the customer service is absolutely horrible in this location (Marina is the ONLY employee there who actually is kind and help with customer service) I’m never going back into this location again .

I had a horrible experience in Langley shop.The girl who worked there not only wasn’t helpful but insulted me, and when I saw the manager she ignored me. Clearly Shows they don’t care for customers or business. Not worth going there. They deserve 0.

worst experience i ever had with any suppliers so far. langley bypasstheir staff not trained and very rudei called cosmoprof customer service and let them know, how upsetting my experience was at the store.literally Bad experince. i am not going to write the whole story here but its just insulting , humiliating and bad experience

The girls are always helpful and nice. Honestly I think the people who give the 1 star reviews are probably not professionals in the industry or just plain miserable. I've personally seen how much abuse those girls take and it's not ok.
