Bella Pizza

One of the best pizzas we have ever had since our arrival in Vancouver. Very very yummy pizza. The owner is very sweet, customizes the order according to our preference without any second thoughts. Very friendly and polite people. Thanks for a lovely and tasty experience Bella Pizza.

Love Bella pizza! So delicious, I always get the gourmet vegetarian but would love to try others. Full of delicious veggies like artichoke hearts, fresh tomato, pesto, garlic, spinach, etc.. 3 different cheese, yum!

The pizza tasted good. However, when I ordered lasagna through the Uber Eats app, they mistakenly left out a crucial ingredient according to the critics' standards(dem pesky kids!!!), which made it less enjoyable.

Delicious handcrafted stone baked Italian pizza is what you can expect from Bella Pizza!I have been a long time supporter of Bella Pizza and for good reason. Every pizza I have ever gotten from them has been A+ and you can never go wrong with the spicy ranch dip! Amazing! This is also a family owned and operated establishment run by an amazing family. If you are looking to support local, this is the way to go!!Another small but impactful benefit is they put a dough ball in the middle to prevent the top of the pizza box from hitting the cheesy goodness instead of one of those plastic tables

I LOVE Bella Pizza and I do recommend you try it at least once in your lifetime as you might be pleasantly surprised in a good way. If you have time read on: I have been a customer of the Bella Pizza franchise since 1991! If memory serves me well, back then there were about 11 franchises around the Lower Mainland. I frequented the Richmond and Vancouver locations often and had even had a family friend that worked as a Pizzaiolo" there as well. I thought the franchises had all been closed but was happy to recently find this Burnaby location still in existence. Needless to say their pizza stays true and authentic to the original pizza I used to have such a long time ago. This is NOT your classic neopolitan minimalist style of pizza nor is it your typical fast food North American type of restraunt pizza of which I appreciate both. At Bella Pizza they use high quality ingredients and their pizza dough and generous toppings are plenty

Our Family has been ordering from this family run business for a while now. Bhavin is an amazing person to deal with. He and his wife treat their customers with respect and kindness. If ever there is any concern, they address it immediately ensuring their customers are treated with respect. We love Bella Pizza!

2.5 starsWe have been ordering from Bella Pizza for almost 10 years. We used to live nearby so it was our go-to place for pizzas. The owners and even the kitchen staff were very pleasant. We ordered from there so much that they recognized us by our phone number lol. Times were good and we were happy with the food and the service. The pizzas brought comfort to our belly and our souls. Even after we moved 2 years ago, we still ONLY ordered from Bella Pizza. We even recommended Bella Pizza to our friends whenever “pizza” topic came up.However, we have noticed the quality and service has been inconsistent since the change of ownership. They really need to work on the pizza dough, it’s dry, dense and tough. The pizzas are now sometimes good, most times are so-so. The pizzas are NOT the same as before anymore. Before, you always knew what you were going to expect. Now, it’s like getting mystery pizzas every time we order - do we get the good ol' time pizzas? Or the 2-slices-and-I’m-out pizzas? Pizzas under the new ownership taste… lack of care and love.It’s really sad what happens to well-established restaurants like Bella Pizza. They may lose a healthy and loyal clientele and end up closing shop.I truly hope they can turn things around. Meanwhile, we are in search of a new go-to pizza shop.

Don’t call yourself lasagna if you are not real lasagna!!!!!!!!! The crust is too thick and not crispy. No parmesan cheese powder in the Caesar salad. The price is cheap but it should be cheaper for the taste it has.

Small Pepperoni and cheese pizza asked for extra tomato sauce was kind of disappointed that they charged 50¢ extra for the sauce.The pizza tasted delicious the crust was amazing. Nice heavy slicesThe customer service was fantastic and they were very kind. Most importantly the pizza tasted delicious.I heard that they will open two new locations one in Richmond and one in Vancouver
