Sarah at the Heritage store was fantastic. She was more than patient, friendly and very helpful. Made my shopping experience for shoes a breeze.

Fabulous customer service from Simrun and her associate today at the Shoe Warehouse. She took time to listen to what I was looking for. When she understood my needs, she brought me appropriate options. All of this while helping other customers. I was happy to work with staff who know their inventory and listen to the needs of their customers. (Apologies if I spelled her name wrong.)

This was quite some time ago, but I've never forgotten.I came in and found a nice pair of shoes I wanted. They didn't have my size so I asked if they had any elsewhere. The young lady went off and found the same style of shoes, proper size.Happily, I paid and went home, just to realize that the box had two left shoes.Upon returning to the store they refused to provide a refund, wouldn't work with me to find the inevitable other box with two right shoes, and wouldn't even let me leave the shoes for the next poor sap.Probably the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life.Joshua West.

The Sales staff, are having bad attitudes, and their prices are more expensive than shopping malls .

I was looking for a specific type of shoe I wanted, but I wasn’t able to find them. Thankfully, a lady that worked there happily guided me to find the shoes I wanted, and bought 2 pairs thanks to her! Thank you!!

I came in to exchange some shoes that were too big, but definitely worn for a few days and the older blonde lady was so rude and left me so angry I wanted to slap her with the shoes. Rude b*¿θh. Ill never go back.

I've made 2 different visits in the last week. Wasn't greeted by a staff member at all. Not even a hello (I was the only person there both visits with 2 staff members). Selection is alright.

Had the Christmas gifts that we were looking for ! It was definitely a great thing to find all of our gifts at one retailer!

Not the best customer service as the store was not busy and the people at the front desk were just closing window tabs/looking stressed. Was accused of exchanging shoes for the same sized shoes and that it looked like it has been worn when it was not in fact as it was the wrong size. Was only at this location as the Shawnessy location (super helpful) directed me to go to the heritage location. Although the customer service was not the best (perhaps the male rep was having a bad day), their selection was nice. I did not like the fact that the sales rep refunded my shoes to repurchase them under his own name. That took away the credit of the nice lady that had actually helped me at a different location. Overall, below average service but decent selection :).

Waited in line of 5 people for over an hour. Left without buying. One employee at the store with a busy til means that customer service is absolutely non existent. Their clearance section is full of dirty shoes only marked 20-30% off not great deals and extremely limited selection overall. Id say this store is dying
