Some inconsiderate tenants including members of the building board of directors keep people awake all night sitting outside scream talking to eachother with no regard for the people in the building who actually have jobs and or school in the morning.

Great place to live with a well run board and maintained place to live. Close to bus, shopping, schools etc. Although an older building, it's always clean.
